Or join in some of the sports and dance classes run by the hotel's entertainment team. Foodwise you've got everything from themed buffets to a la carte Italian waiting to tantalise your tastebuds. After dinner, as the sun bows out on another day, it's show time. The entertainment here is not to be missed but if you fancy something a little more up tempo the Pacha Disco in Caribbean Street will be just the ticket.
