Well, it's a large complex with attractive low-level blocks surrounded by coconut palms and greenery. There are two swimming pools to choose from and there's even a raffia-thatched swim-up bar where you can enjoy a zesty fruit cocktail. And then there's the food. Wow. What a selection. With no fewer than four restaurants to choose from, you'll eat like a king. Take breakfast, for instance. Fancy some waffles? No problem. What about an omelette made to order? You got it. It's the same story at dinnertime. Whether you want to tuck into fresh fish down at the Ocean Grill, like the idea of twirling spaghetti around your fork in the a la carte Italian, or just want to pile up your plate at the buffets, it's entirely up to you. We have just returned from an excellent holiday at the Gran Ventana. The staff are brilliant really friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully clean apart from the quiet pool which got dirty by lunchtime. Also quiet pool wasnt really quiet due to... more on this review
