Great Winter Get Away
We own a timeshare at this resort and return every year during the same week to spend time with our friends. The rooms are well equipped and the grocery stores are just like what we are used to in the U.S. There are numerous restaurants to choose from as well as entertainment in the evening.More
Fun time !
Simply a wonderful vacation!!! Pool area was awesome, friendly bartenders! Every morning we would bring our towels down to the beach then the chair man would lay out our towels under a hut. Always came back to a fresh cleaned room. Had a great view of the golf course! Oh ya, they even upgraded us to a suite!!! Deff returning next year, we fell in love with the resort and the island itself!!! Weather was perfect !! More
The Divi is an outstanding and welcoming resort for our family of twenty.
For our family of twenty we enjoyed 5 accommodating suites. All the suites were clean and very comfortable. The kitchens were complete with all that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed walking on the beautifully upkept grounds with easy access to one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Our grandchildren had many fun hours at the main pool and the great pool slide, which the adults also enjoyed. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We look forward to our future vacations at the Divi.More
vacation trip first time
We staid at the VIDI golf and beach resort. We did not have the best of time. The food was OK The room was fine the golf was out of reach for just about everyone the course was empty almost all day. I for one do not understand why a business would have such an expensive recreation and not make it available to all people. The cost is the same whether it is used or not. The beach is beautiful but unfortunately during our stay was too windy almost all day all the week. We took a bus tour of the island but really their is very little to see. Too american for us. we love the caribbean islands with some local flavor. Aruba is not one of thoseMore
What started out a little rocky because of not being a Divi owner & understanding their room assignments, ended up to be one fantastic vacation. We booked through RCI & checked in on a Fri to find out we had to change rooms on Sat as "the owners" were arriving the next day. They made the change as easy as possible as we didn't have to be out until the new rooms were ready-meaning we didn't have to store luggage & food. The next 6 days were wonderful! We are already planning our next trip!More
