Lovely hotel. Only small downside restaurants. Nothing wrong but not exciting. Staff very good. Also when tide is out you can walk to the resort 15/20 mins. We spent our last 2 nights there in our trip round Phuket and perfect for Airport only 10/15 mins away. As Phuket has changed massively since we were last here 20 years ago the resort of Nai Yang was like the rest used to feel like.More
We had a great stay at Phuket Marriott. At the arrival, we got an amazing room upgrade (thanks also to my marriott gold status). The room was very nice, with a private garden and direct access to the pool. We have a 1 year old baby and he also loved it. Everyone was very friendly and kind and gave us support whenever we needed. It is definitely a trip I would do all over again. Thanks Marriott for everything!More
We stayed here to be close to airport on our last day. It was a great way to end the vacation, beautiful property. Great food at Andaman restaurant. Excellent service. Nice beach. they need elevators, so if you have a disability don't stay here- not easily accessible. Lot if stairs and walking.More
Great if you like walking along the beach
Good quality hotel, nicely laid out, slightly away from Nai Yang Beach but an easy 10 minute walk along the beach to the restaurants and entertainment of Nai Yang Beach. Only negative of this hotel is the sun beds are so close together around the pool you all feel on top of each other. On our day of arrival not one bed available on the beach or at the pool so went for lunch and waited for beds to come up. Food and drink excellent. Overall a good relaxing hotel of the quality you would expect from Marriott. More
The resort is large and dispersive. Not intuitive to go from a place to the other. Staff not trained properly and distant. More than once the receptionist moved to another client while talking to us. I would rather prefer a boutique hotel, where attention is to the client and relationship is cared than the Marriott at Nai Yang. The first night, they gave us a different room from the one we booked and moved us later to another room with no upgrade. Restaurants in the resort make your clothes smell of fried. Activities are poor if any. The cleaner enters the room without knocking. The free wifi access was not working (we had to go to the reception to sort it out). We were brought a bill for breakfast while it was included in our stay.More
