This hotel sits on a white sandy beach, so you’ll have great views of the sea from your lounger. It’s also just a two-minute walk to the Klong Muang Plaza.
The best thing about the Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort is that it has a textbook beach right outside. The sands are home to a chilled-out bar, and the calm sea is ideal for kayaking and snorkelling.
Some of the rooms come with their own plunge pool, and a luxury free-standing bath tub. You’ll also have a private balcony which overlooks the pretty mangroves.

Fantastic Hotel & an awesome stay
Writing this review as I am leaving the hotel. This was my first visit to Thailand and the first hotel I stayed here as well. The hotel is just awesome and just what I had imagined. Private beach (neat and clean, well managed) swimming pools, my 4 year old spend 3 hours in the kids pool and finally had to be dragged out. She just loved the pool and the beach as well. The kids play room was good as well. (Again neat and clean). Worked out in the gym for a day ;) they were under renovation for something big, no complaints here. The breakfast was good, loved the Italian food, prefer to eat in the hotel rather than outside as it's more clean. Outside food is touch cheaper, but prefer the hotel restaurants. The staff in the Italian restaurant were very friendly. We celebrated my wife's Bday here and the restaurant staff did a great job in arranging it. Rooms were good as well. Small improvements can be done, not no complains. In conclusion, my family enjoyed a lot. Was a very peaceful stay as I expected. Far from the crowd, the hotels private beach are an excellent get away. The hotel just won a loyal customer. Definitely staying here next time. Most importantly, our spacial thanks to Mr. David who made this all possible. He knows why if he's reading it ;) thanks mate. Thanks again for your support in making this trip a memorable one indeed.More
An excellent hotel with fantastic surrondings. We were there for 6 nights, after going to Bangkok and Chiang Mai. We chose this hotel to relax after visiting other cities in Thailand. Couldn´t be better! The swimming pools are excellent with good views to the beach. The beach itself is very nice with lots of space to hang around. If you like to sample local food, we can go outside there are some nice local restaurants. Reccomend Sandwich me with very good thai food. Breakfast could be better, specially for non asian guests.More
All girl hoilday
We have not long returned from 6 fabulous days at Dusit Thani resort. This is the most fabulous place to stay. We were a group of 4 women, 3 being family members There honestly was not one complaint the whole time we stayed ! The luxurious grounds, rooms and restaurants were all 5 star, cocktails first class ! The beach front stunningly beautiful especially at sunset. A minor injury at the beach was expertly managed by the recreation staff. Several trips to the Mandara Spa where professional staff were on hand for facials, relaxing massage and manicures. go back anytime awesome !!!More
Comfort with satisfaction
This resort is one of the best at Krabi, Thailand. Adjacent to beach, good pool, beautiful resort, excellent service and very efficient staff. Must take Pineapple drink at the pool bar, its amazing. Sea view rooms are good. Sunset directly from the room.More
Sandiip Kumaar K,
A mature property
Choose this hotel for it's beautiful stretch of beach and rich greenery and it fully met my expectation. However, in my personal opinion, I may be a little optimistic to be declared as a fully 5 star hotel. If you seek 5 star luxury standard in the room - you may be a little disappointed. But again, its a beach resort - not a city hotel. Had a change of room as the first one was a little musty - the front office was excellent in its attitude and the change was made expeditiously. Breakfast spread could be better but just sufficient. Seems under-staffed during the peak hours as the waitresses appeared pretty stressed out at times. Location wise, its a 15-20 minutes taxi ride to Ao Nang and about 35 minutes to Krabi town. Taxi service (in fact private cars) are right outside the gate of the property - do negotiate and perhaps consider a return package (had mine at Baht 600 & 900 respectively). My taxi ride back to the airport was Baht 600. There are a number of good restaurants and massage places within short walking distance - although Aao Nang do offer a wider choice and price range.More
