With a handy location just 15 minutes’ walk from Ao Nang’s beach and main street, the Apasari Hotel is an ideal base for a Thai getaway. If you’re staying in, there’s a pool and restaurant on hand, too.
The Apasari Hotel sits down a quiet side street, so you can expect plenty of peace and quiet. You’re not far from the action, though. A 15-minute walk will bring you to Ao Nang’s main street. It’s lined with cafés, restaurants and shops, and leads down to the golden sandy beach.
Rooms are light and airy, with dark-wood furniture, floaty white drapes and embroidered cushions. They each come with a balcony, too.
Downstairs, there’s a big, open-sided restaurant – expect pancakes, cooked-to-order eggs and cereals at breakfast, and a mix of international favourites and Thai dishes for lunch and dinner.
The pool is a long, rectangular number, with in-water seats and a trio of fountains at one end. Running along one edge is a sun terrace, laid out with smart loungers and purple parasols, and behind that you’ll find a small pool for children.

I stayed here in November 2016 with my partner for 2 weeks. After such a long journey we were pleased to have arrived. Check in was quick and efficient no problems what so ever. We were even upgraded to a deluxe room on the top floor. We stayed in room 502 - which gave amazing views of the mountains and the pool was directly below us. Our room was fresh and clean and fridge was stocked daily with water and fresh fruit. The pool was clean and never over croweded. We stayed here on a bed and breakfast basis - however the breakfast werent that great and we decided after eating at the breakfast twice , to just go out and have a fry up at a local restaurant. The hotel is on a street filled with bars , restaurants and local ammentities such as a pharmacy and supermarket. Its in a great location with the beach only being a 5-10 minute walk a way. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Ive read a lot of reviews about WIFI being rubbish. Its not the case we never had any issues with it. Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable :)More

Great value, quiet location, very clean.
Location was great for us. About 10mins walk to main beach or 5 mins from other beach so good quieter location away from busy main strip. Walk to beach passes lots of tourist shops and a great street food market or a tuktuk is 100b or less. Rooms all face the pool, ours was a good size, spotlessly clean and the bed and pillows were really comfy. Modern bathroom with large shower and bath. Pool is great, clean and sunny in the mornings. Restaurant has buffet breakfast which was decent although rather too warm. Staff were fine but not overly friendly compared to other places we stayed. More
Close to beaches
I had a really great stay at this hotel! To start with the good stuff, there's a whole bunch of shops and ATMs around this place, it's very centrally located and it's a maximum 20 minute walk to the farthest beach with the closest one being a 5 minute walk away. They're all pretty close. The rooms are very nice and I really do commend the housekeeping for cleaning our room consistently (almost) every day! Everyone is very friendly as well, all the staff are wonderful, they speak English and are there to help. The pool itself was very nice as well, and there was a restaurant which we didn't try. We stayed there for 6 nights and the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because near the end of our stay the housekeepers slacked off a bit and our rooms weren't as clean. As well, we paid about 25 dollars a night here, and we asked to extend our stay by 2 nights and they said they would only allow this if we paid over 50 a night which I thought was not necessary considering we'd been there for 6 nights anyways. Overall it's a great place and I would recommend it! More
Check in was good and pretty fast, none of the staff were smiley though or very welcoming. My boyfriend said they all had "resting b@"!tch faces haha! Room was really nice & clean. The pool was too crowded the first day we couldn't get a sun lounger until everyone left and it started raining - no good. Same again the second day and today i had to watch from the balcony until someone left to run downstairs and get them. Seems to be full of russians, infact the whole of thailand is which isn't very nice as they all seem very rude! Wifi was terrible, so inconsistent and not safe to use. Its a system that people can hack into and spy on you - passwords emails etc. I had an email from hotmail saying someone has tried to login from an unknown device using my details but it wasn't me!!! A bit scary really.More
Base for 14 nights
Used this hotel as a base for travelling around the islands and Chiang Mai. Lovely hotel, great location, 7 minuet stroll to Nopparat Thara Beach & the main shopping/dining/bar street and a little further 10-15 minuet stroll to Ao Nang Beach. Staff we were helpful, always smiling and always there to help. Rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels every day. Yes the pool area is small and there are not many beds, but I wouldn't really say it was a pool type holiday or a lounging round the pool type of hotel, its not worth moaning about when you have the choice of 2 beautiful beaches on your door step. Overall better than an average hotel and would stay again if I was ever in this area!More
