With a handy location just 15 minutes’ walk from Ao Nang’s beach and main street, the Apasari Hotel is an ideal base for a Thai getaway. If you’re staying in, there’s a pool and restaurant on hand, too.
The Apasari Hotel sits down a quiet side street, so you can expect plenty of peace and quiet. You’re not far from the action, though. A 15-minute walk will bring you to Ao Nang’s main street. It’s lined with cafés, restaurants and shops, and leads down to the golden sandy beach.
Rooms are light and airy, with dark-wood furniture, floaty white drapes and embroidered cushions. They each come with a balcony, too.
Downstairs, there’s a big, open-sided restaurant – expect pancakes, cooked-to-order eggs and cereals at breakfast, and a mix of international favourites and Thai dishes for lunch and dinner.
The pool is a long, rectangular number, with in-water seats and a trio of fountains at one end. Running along one edge is a sun terrace, laid out with smart loungers and purple parasols, and behind that you’ll find a small pool for children.

Not the most pleasant experience
We came here just for the night as we were going to head to Koh Phi Phi in the morning yet that one night was quite unpleasant. The receptionist was rude during checkin and when we asked how to buy tickets to Phi Phi, she was extremely unhelpful. The hotel had their fee but it was very expensive yet she would say that it's the only fee and wouldn't point us in a direction to where to purchase tickets that were cheaper. While walking around that night, every place we passed sold tickets way cheaper than the hotel. Although the room was nice, it was very dirty and poorly cleaned. The towels looked used and there were hair in the bed.More
this is my first time to krabi. I selected HOTEL APASARI. in my view, the service at this hotel is not satisfactory. arrogant worker. no car parking. I regret choosing my vacation to krabi. do not leave valuable items in your room. This is because my stuff is gone when I go out for food. when I ask at reception who packs my room? is there anything I got? he said did not know.More
Great value for money!
This hotel served its purpose very well. We were welcomed very politely and our room was spacious and clean. The pool was exactly how you see in the pictures and is a very good size. The hotel is set just off the main road so is quiet but you are a few minutes walk away from the main shops and nightlife although there are also restaurants and shops on the road of the hotel itself. Once you reach the main road you have two options, right is more quiet and left is busier with more things to see and do. The hotel was very good to us and accommodated all of our needs during our 3 day stay. More
The personal ruined it all
The hotel is not bad but the personal in general is awful. This hotel should definitely talk to the thai guy who was at reception the night of July 23th. He was The most rude and stupid person i met in thailand. Not make any sense as a recepcionist. I would NEVER come back just because of him.More
José Carlos M,
4 nights stay room A105
Stayed in room A105 which is the pool access room. Room was big and spacious with firm king size bed. The extra bed which is almost like a lounger at the side was very small. More suited for small children. Was ok for me as it was for my 6 year old. The balcony which is facing the pool comes w 2 sun lounger and a small table. Very comfy altho the towel from receptions stinks quite a bit. So would recommend to just use ur in room towel. Theres a lot of mosquitos at night so buy a mosquito coil from the nearby supermart. Theres stairs leading to the pool fm the balcony and this room leads to the deepest part of the pool. So beware for small children. Theres extra surcharge fr children above 3year old. We paid abt 300thb per night. Buffet breakfast was ok altho we wr served ala carte on our last morning due to low occ. No issue w hot water shower or bathtub. Toilet was clean and housekeeping kept our room clean daily. They wr also fast to send extra towels up. All in all great hotel! More
