This hotel is right on the beach. It has a Thomson Kids’ Club, and three pools to pick from, too.
This huge hotel has nabbed a secluded spot, on the edge of a sandy beach. It’s geared around families – there’s a pool with colourful waterslides, and a pool just for kids. A Thomson Kids’ Club is the icing on the cake.
If you fancy exploring, it’s less than 30 minutes’ drive to Sousse’s medina and souk, and around the same distance to buzzing Monastir.

2 outdoor main pools
Take your pick from a livelier pool and one that's a bit quieter. Both have palm trees and sunbeds dotted around them.
2 children's pools
Children have their choice of two pools to splash around in. One comes with mushroom water features and mini waterslides too.
Designed for 3 to 11 year olds, Thomson Kids’ Club offers 2 hours of activities, 5 or 6 days a week. And that includes at least 3 evenings. It’s split into sections, with Tots for 3 to 5 year olds, Team for 6 to 8s, and Tribe for 9 to 11s. Best of all, most kids’ clubs activities are completely free. And outside of peak season, there are parent and toddler sessions 3 days a week, too. For your peace of mind, all Thomson Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times.

fab holiday yet again
well just arrived from a 2 week visit at this resort it being my second visit stayed from 11th may to the 24th may, arriving at the hotel we were greeted by front office manager hichem nouira, who was very helpful throughout our whole stay as well as fethi, and hedi, who also worked in reception they were always able to help us with any problems we may have had, the lobby bar staff and overall the staff at each bar were amazing with their customer service, especially the morning staff who were on in the lobby bar and the evening staff who were in the lobby bar they allays managed to crack a joke and make us laugh. almouddin in the evening nija and the staff were exceptional workers then onto the entertainment team who were great at their jobs, then their were some who just mingled around and made no great effort to make u feel engaged in the activities they were offering, however travelling with a 12 year old who can get bored easily I think activities to their age might help as their is no kids club for their age groups maybe a games room, swimming activities water games water fights stuff that kids their age like doing, that's my only issue I had overall I cannot complain about my holiday the food was amazing, day and night, but you can vary your meals if you do not like eating the same things all the time, the restaurant staff were always helpful and courteous. our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and they would never enter your room without knocking on it fresh towels every day the ground staff, hygiene staff, porters, cleaners all work exceptionally hard to keep this hotel to the best standards. the water slides are a must if you like that kind of thing, I preferred to sit by the pool and child, it is a relaxing holiday environment for families or if you are with people. I definely would recommend this hotel to people amazing place , weather, staff and foodMore
Just got back yesterday from here a hotel you are isolated from main areas of Tunisia food good clean hotel staff helpful a few niggles on two occasions no towels in the room after cleaner been as we were in room 4037 which is the last but one room furthest from reception to report problems a bit of a bind reporting faults and also went back to room on the Wednesday dinner time no toilet paper reported this going to sort out straight away went outside for the afternoon back to the room at tea time guess what still no toilet rolls up to reception again then no television on the Saturday think they have a house keeping problem and to think we kept tipping them . Also be warned do not get on the horse and carts outside the hotel gate as no matter where you ask to be taken they take you to three shops that are very intimidating to look round and have to pay to get back even if you have negotiated a return price. And do not be taken in by a guy on the resort called Ali baba to do the trips he has no insurance and in most cases is more expensive then Thomson themselves he looks for new arrivals and when you refuse to do the trips with him gets very abusive. I think as it is a Thomson hotel they should refuse to let him on site But have a good holidayMore

Fab family holiday again!!
I've already done a review on this hotel last year. So I won't go on. Everything we expected from our last visit was matched plus more!! All staff was amazing and always helpful. Clean and well maintained in all areas. Food was again outstanding this year with plenty of choice even for the more fussy eaters (my partner) there was always something and he was even willing to try a lot more then he would normally. Rooms cleaned daily. My partner did do the quads with ALI BABA and as a family we all done the boat trip. Again this year they were fab. Don't believe the negative reviews. He is a genuine man. Pools always cleaned and maintained!! An extra thanks to the bar man at the relax pool. Such lovely men and amazing service. Sandwich corner lovely. Chief is really nice and also good at remembering our orders. Bar staff there are fab too. Can't wait to come again! Thank you to all the staff at hotel and thomson reps. For giving us a fantastic holiday once again. Defo a 5* from us :)More

best hoilday we have ever been on
ignore all the bad and negative comments people have left as its not true. myself, husband and 3 children aged 11 and 6 stayed a week here from 13-20 may 2015 and I have to say its the best holiday we have been on. we had a 2 bedroom family room in the front of the hotel and the room was spotless. the maid cleaned our room to the highest standad every day and left us chocolates on our beds every day. the hotel in general is execellent and is totally worthy of its 4* star rating. the food as the highest of standad and so much vaierty and always hot. the staff are brilliant and cant do enough for you. would deafo take my children there again. I would rate it a 5* starMore
