Best holiday ever.
Visited here In summer break as a family of 4. Two children aged 10&14 and I can honestly say this has been the best holiday I have ever been. We went in the end of June so despite the terrorist activity that went on, we decided to stay even though we were asked if we wanted an early flight back from thomsons. Before our holiday here we messaged skanes asking for a nice sea view from our room (we had booked a standard family room) and they had upgraded us to a luxury duplex room for free!!! This room was amazing, plenty of storage space beds were comfy. There was an upstairs for the children and downstairs for adults. The stairs are very narrow and steep which can be dangerous for some but we managed fine. The bathroom is at a very high standard. The room is at 5 star standard. They give you a fridge and toiletry facilities. The maid comes every day and does an amazing job. We gave her a tip every day. She was lovely bless her. The food and drink was not amazing but it is eatable. It is kept at a good Standard. Always warm and waiters always check when topping up is needed. We tipped our waiter for the week too as he memorised our drinks for us and brought them to our table without us having to ask. There is a large variety of food but it just wasn't up to my taste. They do different theme every day and have loads of deserts. The private beach that comes with the hotel is very good, there are water sports you can buy like jet ski's, paragliding etc.. At a very cheap price! We did these. The outside pool at the hotel is amazing. The slides were the best! The lifeguards were also very friendly. The atmosphere around the pool side is wonderful. Wifi around the hotel is fantastic too. Very fast. The other pool on the quiet side is good too. On a Saturday night they do a pool party and that was my absolute favourite. There was entertainment, dancing and swimming and loads of food and drink stalls around the pool. I loved this night. Police and security were around every where not sure if this is usual or because of the attacks that had happened. We did not book any trips with Ali baba because of the attacks so I can't comment on those but we looked at the price and they were of a good price. We ate once at the Indian Taj Mahal restaurant at the resort which was great. The evening entertainment was okay. Some nights were very good whereas others were boring. The staff at the reception here and very lovely and always up for a chat. The hotel is a 5 star itself. Food and drink just need a little improvement. I loved this hotel so much, my daughter cries wishing she could come back. We will Definitely come back soon. Best holiday ever.More

Best Holiday in Tunisia
We arrived at the hotels after midnight. The checking service was very quick and we were offered hot food at the all-inclusive restaurant. We stayed in an inter connecting family room with sea view. Both of the rooms were very clean and tidy. The choice food was great at all inclusive restaurant every day as it was not the same food. All the staffs were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to sandy beach and clean swimming pool which all my three childrenâs really enjoyed. We had great times at this hotel and will definitely back in future.More

Great lovely clean hotel where the staff are great.
We had a fantastic holiday and I would go back again.
The time spent here was great, Ali baba was a gem and we went loads of activities with him, our fav was the quad biking. The pirate ship was fun and kids were shattered when we got back after. I would not hesitate in booking with Ali again.
The rooms in this resort were amazing, we had a swim up room and we were lucky enough to be in the middle of the hotel, so no one other than the 3 rooms could use our pool, totally worth the upgrade.
Can't fault the place, food was amazing, staff were faultless and the actual resort was beautiful.More
