This big hotel matches traditional-style courtyards and good-looking gardens with a waterpark-crowned pool scene.
The adrenalin-pumping waterpark is the hotel’s crowning glory, but it’s also got a great line-up of family-friendly activity zones.
This place is on the outskirts of Marrakech, so the Red City’s souks and mosques are just a 20-minute shuttle bus ride away.

Fantastic family friendly hotel
We had a holiday here from 17th July till 1st August 2017. There were 5 of us and had adjoining rooms. What can we say, its the 1st time we've been to Morocco and we all thought it was fantastic. The staff were excellent and a special mention has to go to Abelhadi, Auyou and Mustaffa (barmen) and all the entertainment staff including Mike, Tito and Eric who were all welcoming and worked so hard. The rooms were kept immaculate as were the grounds. The weather is brilliant and there was not a cloud in the sky for 2 weeks. Plenty of air con facilities when the heat got too much. The waterpark being on our doorstep was great and plenty of loungers both here and poolside. There was also a quiet pool for adults only which worked well. The entertainment during the day and evenings was great and varied and the staff kept everyone amused. We travelled to the souks on a half day trip organised by TUI and it was again well organised and we felt comfortable as the tour guides have it down to a T. I would say though that the souks are not an area to take young /teenage kids especially girls as they are commented on by youths in the markets. There are lifeguards at all the pools and at all opening times and there were security guards all around the complex. This complex is large enough to walk around and not always be beside others you are with. There is entertainment for all ages including the kids club and whether its morning afternoon or evening there is plenty to do. There is one small shop on site and stock does not include any beer or wine (or water) to buy so stock up from the bars. The restaurant area is always busy during meal times but the food is excellent as are the selections. There's also a choice of sitting inside or out. Great atmosphere. The all inclusive deal does not include the Sports bar that is open till 2am but that's no big deal. There are sports on site including football, tennis, table tennis, boules and plenty of organised pool sports. This was a great holiday and we are looking forward to returning next year. Ps if possible tip the staff as even small amounts will help make a difference and is really appreciated.More

Incredible Hotel and staff
We arrived at the Aqua Mirage Club on the 22nd July and returned home on the 4th August. We are a family of five and booked an interconnecting room. We have all had an incredible experience at this hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing chilled place to stay in Morocco Then this is the place. If you have kids and want to get involved then the Animation team are at your beckoning call. I have never known a team as hard working and friendly as these guys!! If that’s not your cup of tea then just tell them you’re good where you are and they’ll leave you be (also there is an 15+ swimming pool with its own bar and snack area if you’re not with any kids) The rooms we had were exactly what we needed, each room had a huge double bed and a single bed, so plenty of room for the five of us. Very functional and spacious each with a fridge (ideal to keep your water or mixers cool). Rooms are cleaned and changed every day by a very hard working and friendly group of cleaners. The hotel has an amazing activity pool where the Animation team are there at your disposal from water volley ball and polo, water aerobics and Moroccan cooking lessons at the side (Special thanks to Jimmy for your tagine tips and advice) The bar staff are incredibly friendly, chatty, and multi lingual if you haven’t brushed up on your Arabic or French. There are dispensers where you can get as much coffee, tea, hot chocolate, Pepsi, 7 up, fizzy orange as you can drink (also ice dispensers). The bars at the pool serves wine, beer and soft drinks and the main bar serve all that plus your spirits and cocktails. The food here is incredible, and I cannot believe how many reviews I have read giving negative feedback. Even if you’re not wanting to give local cuisine a try, there is a pizza station (which is freshly made in front of your eyes) there is always a beef, chicken, turkey option available. Fresh Pasta, Grilled fish and the ever loved pommes frites. Every dinner and tea time always includes around ten tagines of absolutely exquisite Moroccan food. So if you like boring tasteless grey food do not come here. As an English person I do like a bit of bacon and sausage (this is an Islamic state don’t be ignorant and expect it). There is however a bloody hard working guy or two (if it’s busy) frying up eggs and omelettes like there’s no tomorrow. Also freshly prepared and cooked crepes or fried pancakes and your usual continental stuff for the kid’s lol!! I can’t stress how hard working, friendly and welcoming everyone in this hotel is. Massive thanks to Lily and the guys in the kids club (the twins are still crying because we left). Jimmy and Mike are amazing guys and can’t wait for a return trip to see our friends again.More
We visited Aqua mirage mid July for 2 weeks and had an amazing family holiday. I would say the resort is only a 3*, but very clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of variety in the restaurant. The biggest asset to the resort is the entertainment team who turned a good holiday, in to a fantastic one! They were so attentive, friendly and funny, and worked tirelessly always with a smile on their face. Our children loved them, as did we and we were so sad to say goodbye to them all at the end. So if you're looking for a fun packed holiday with plenty of entertainment and fun this will be right up your street!! So we would like to thank Mike, Jimmy, Amine, Lily, Eric, Abdul, Simo (my husband ;-)), Mehdi, Sanni and all the other fantastic animation staff because you truly made our holiday one to remember! 😘😘😘 Hopefully see you all again next year!More
Great family friendly place.
Just come back form a ten day holiday with two children age 8 and 10. The water park was great safe fun. It was well supervised by life guards and there was plenty of inflatables to go down the slides, which had no queues. However the floor around the pool and water park does get very hot so it would be wise to take some water shoes. There are a lot of wasps flying around so a cup with a lid would be handy but if you don't leave soft drinks near you they don't bother you. The hotel rooms, restaurant and pool areas were clean and tidy. The restaurant provides a large choice for food, even my 8 year old who is a picky eater found plenty to choose from. Would have been nice if the animation could do some pool games for children age between 10 and 15 as my son found he was alot older then the others in the kids clubs but too young for the pool games ( water polo and volleyball ball )More
Firstly i never write reviews but feel I had to for the Aqua Mirage as from the minute we arrived till the moment we left we felt welcomed! We arrived early hours and it was so much better than anywhere we have stayed before we were welcomed by hotel staff and animation team and taken into a big conference room to be allocated our rooms and wristbands given drinks ect (which you normally have to que up at reception) so thought this was a lovely touch we could then either go to our room or go to the restaurant were there was freshly cooked food (exceptional) waiting for us! Everybody at this hotel works exceptionally hard and are so pleasant and helpful! The bar staff of a day and night were lovely, There are plenty of Lifeguards around and are extremely helpful which we found out when my son was stung by the wasps and cut his foot! The animation team are amazing they really do make your holiday and work so hard Momo,Tito,Mike,Jimmy,Abdou & Khalid to name a few are amazing, funny & friendly. We have stayed in 5 star hotels were the food hasn't been as good as here and again from the chefs to waiters we couldn't fault them. The only downfall was the dreaded wasps! We didn't leave drinks lying about but they were still around you but there is nothing anyone can do about these unfortunately.More
