In May 2015, we rolled out the red carpet for the brand new Aqua Mirage Club. This big hotel matches traditional-style courtyards and good-looking gardens with a waterpark-crowned pool scene.
We rolled out the red carpet for the brand new Aqua Mirage Club, in May 2015. The waterpark is the hotel’s crowning glory, but it’s also got a great choice of family-friendly activities.
This place is on the outskirts of Marrakech, so the Red City’s souks and mosques are just a 20-minute shuttle bus ride away.

Stayed at this hotel early March and had a fantastic time. When we arrived at about 8.30 p.m. the reception staff sent us straight to the restaurant to get some food as they close at 9.00 and they did not want us to go hungry. Check in went really smoothly and then they took us to our room in block 3 on a golf cart. Hotel room was great with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Room was cleaned every day and towels replaced. Staff were all very pleasant and more than willing to help you and the service could not be faulted. Excellent choice of food at every meal with something for everyone and the waiters were always there to fill up your glass before it was even empty. Bar staff in the evening were always very friendly and we got our drinks served to us in glasses not plastic as some people are saying. Used the heated pool a couple of times and it was really nice and we managed to get sun loungers without to much problem. The shuttle bus into Marrakech runs regularly and was excellent value for money and there are always taxi's outside of the complex should you want to use them. All in all this hotel is excellent value for money and we would definitely use it again.More
Breakfast was a nightmare, queuing each day for 30 mins to get a fried egg, no available late checkout rooms, even though they advertise late checkout for 300 Durham, showers in aqua park may be used, but only cold water, animation guys are hard workers, as well as the restaurant staff, wouldn't go back to this hotelMore
Food was very good and plentiful. Room was huge stayed in block 4 room 3225 had a view of the pool. heated pool was lush. weather wasn't that great but last 2 days of my stay was very hot so we enjoyed the waterpark, slides were so much fun and wave pool was fab. Plenty of sun loungers! would definitely go again. More

I have just returned from the aqua mirage yesterday after I have to say a boring 2 weeks .it's was a cheap last minute deal which soften the blow! Me and my husband have had many great holidays but this was bottom of the list. There are good and bad points to the holiday. service you get from the waiters is very good except from breakfast where they sometimes need to get themselves a bit more organised. On the flip side to the service from the waiters they can be very flirtious towards us women whilst I don't take it to personally. One of waiters at breakfast was going to far & I felt disrespecting my husband by flirting with me & seemed to be making a point of ignoring him! Evan one morning saying to me to leave my husband in the room & come to breakfast alone!! Evan tho my husband is very mild mannered I could see he was getting very angered by the time the end of the holiday. If we was in England I think my husband would have lost it with him Evan tho my hubby's not the jealous type. Evan tho I found the holiday boring this place would be great for kids as they had a fantastic water park!! The standard of food is good! Loved the Indian last carte!! The hotel is very clean chamermaids do a great job but unfortunately there is a flip side to this too . We didn't pay for a safety deposit box as I think it should be included however my husband hid our valuables well. But over the course of 2 weeks we had loose change building up to almost 100 dirman (£10) stacked neatly in the corner of the dressing table with suncream etc! On about day 11 my husband went to get the change to use up in the hotel shop .when he went there the change had gone! To which it was definitely there 2 days before. My husband did say he noticed the demeanor of the chambermaid had change a day or two before no eye contact seem to be trying to avoiding us etc. He thought maybe because we hadn't yet tipped which we always do at the end of holiday. I have no doubt in my mind the chambermaid stole the money! But how do you prove it?? & for just £10 not worth the hassle. Obviously she didn't get her tip!! Wouldn't return! But great for family hence 3 not 2 stars. More
