Had a lovely holiday
I have recently visited Kiroseiz and have to say that me and my partner have had a lovely holiday. The hotel itself is lovely and clean and staff are very friendly. However, we found that the cleaners didn't clean our rooms like the other rooms, as we didn't have any towel art. All the seem to do was move things out the way to make them look clean. Our shower seem to flood often to and we still came back to our room with the floor still soaking wet! The animation team were fantastic want to thank Annie and Chloe. Had some good nights at hard rock and the beach party! Some of the entertainment was Benidorm like but I understand it's a family hotel so needs to suit everyone. We ate most nights at the atrium it was good, but was a little repetitive. Nathan's was well deserved visit, the food was lovely! The Indian restaurant was amazing and was really cheap only cost £31 for four people. Met some lovely people and want to thank Kat and her family, Andy and Becky, Karl and Beth, Tom and Richard, and Adam and Dan for making our holiday!More

Wish we were still there
Me and my girlfriend stayed at xperience kiroseiz premier, first holiday as a couple and we had such an amazing time. The hotel it self is very nice, my girlfriend said it was nicer than cesaers palace! The rooms had a little issue, but nothing that would be a problem, few marks on our mirror which clearly needed replacing but that aside the room was spacious, well looked after and we became great friends with air conditioning, the bed was very comfortable and was easy to sleep at night despite it being over 35c some nights. Our cleaner was brilliant too, we was given the Swan, a monkey and a bloody massive crocodile from towel art and he deserved his tip! Can't remember his name though! The people are what make the hotel though, you have everyone working hard all day while enjoying themselves, the animation team were great, we didn't interact a massive amount with them but they were all good at what they do, they were brilliant with kids aswell, and are a huge credit to the hotel, they put on various things to do through the day if you want to take part such as water aerobics, water polo and stand up bingo. The bar and restaurant waiters are also really really special to everyone who was there, special mention to sayed serour in the atrium who made us feel like royalty every day and mina who was at the main pools bar who bought a lot of fun and flair to just getting a drink. The food was outstanding, as far as I'm aware, I say this because we didn't try every restaurant, there is all you can eat buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a different theme for dinner every night, in 2 restaurants, we only went to the one of these because of how welcoming the atrium felt, so I've no idea what the other one is like, we went to @nathans steakhouse on the complex and you MUST go there, I can easily say that steak I had was the best steak I've ever had and I eat a lot of steak! Everything was perfect here and not only was the food beautiful but the place looked beautiful too, we also tried dolce vita Italian, and I would avoid this like the plague. This place was the only thing we didn't like, the food was mediocre and we waited half an hour for our starter but was given our main, when told we got our starter which was ok, for main my steak was over cooked and mash was not right, the carrot was nice though. My girlfriends pizza was doughy and just generally not nice, we couldn't be bothered with dessert there. There is also a thai restaurant which we didn't try and an Indian which we didn't tru but was told by other guests how brilliant they were. The many bars and ice cream and snacks available throughout and the service you get there were much needed, it was very hot peaking at 51c on the day before we came back, and averaged around 44c, but it wasn't murderous heat, the dryness of the country made it feel more pleasant than 25c in England, and having all this for free and it being nice was great! If you need to stay inside to escape the heat, waves bar is good. Indoor bar that has air conditioning and generally looks lovely, and the premier lounge which opened when we was there is very posh looking with table service and s nice chilled vibe. Now for something important, harassment. You will find yourself harassed the first few days, mainly by people from the spa, they will want you to visit them and peoplr will want you to take excursions, here is my advice, the spa people were quite annoying. They were nice, but this one lady asked my girlfriend about 8 times if she wanted treatment and this was after we went for treatment on the second day we was there! The men were fine, after I had treatment they were just nice and had conversations with us, and from having a free 5 minute massage by the pool it made me decide to go, bova realised I had s shoulder problem and it statuette feel better, so we went in for sauna, jacuzzi massage and scrub, and my massage was done by A man who looked like Alberto del Rio (tito) and my shoulder had never felt so good! The spa is EXPENSIVE but I would recommend it heartily once, haggle them down, our treatments should of cost 70 English each but we haggled down to 20 and 25. The shops were small but nice, but again the people made it better, you could stand and talk to these guys for ages, Sam the painting man was very talkative, as was Ali at the papyrus souvenirs place and most importantly I think the guy in the oil shop is actually a wizard, we had prickly heat and nothing was working and we began feeling miserable because of it with 2 days left, we visited him and he sampled many oils on us, and the one I couldn't actually believe it but within 5 minutes made it feel like it wasn't there and in under 1 day it was actually completely gone! There are people offering excursions away from what you can book through Thomas Cook, who also come and bother you from time to time buy you tell them no and they don't pester you, but don't just wipe them away listen to them first, the excursions and prices they offer are both extremely good. DO NOT be put off by the Thomas Cook rep regarding excursions outside of sharm el sheikh, it is extremely safe where the excursions you can find will be taking place. The stargazing trip (speak to diesel or Adam) is a must, I would have been happy to pay more for this! Back to rhe hotel though. Also there are busses to its 2 private beeches and nnama Bay regularly, and you could book a transfer to soho square which I would highly recommend! Everything has its downsides, and although nothing ruined this holiday here is what I feel was bad. Information: we didn't know about the premier lounge until the last day, it opened while we was there and all premier guests were invited, but hardly anyone knew about this, we went to check out and was told we had to go to the premier lounge, when we did we didn't realise what we was missing! Toilets: the public toilets were ok, but a bit dirty, they needed more regular cleaning, there was no toilet paper at times (you will need toilet paper) Dolce vita: avoid. All said I would love to come back to this hotel, and I'm pretty sure in a fee years I will! Thanks for an amazing 10 days More

Animation Team were the Highlight of the two week stay. Special thanks to Toni, Annie, Dan, Dave, Zoe & the rest of the team. Hotel itself gone downhill compared to 5 years ago. Did NOT cater for Wheelchair Users and Reception Staff need a good training in Customer Service techniques as without us paying tourists you wouldn't have a job!. Ongoing renovation work, supposed to be finished by 30/06/2015 was still going on even on the 09/07/215 on the day we left!. Wouldn't choose this Hotel again and certainly wouldn't rate it 5 stars. Only 5 Stars about the Hotel was the ANIMATION TEAM.More
