This family-friendly hotel is just the thing for a luxurious escape with lots laid on. Outside, you’ll find three jumbo pools and a fantastic aqua park with chutes and slides galore. And there’s no end of sports and activities. Plus the beach is right on your doorstep. Inside, meanwhile, you’re spoilt with a buffet restaurant and four à la cartes. As well as that, there are seven bars and an amphitheatre where the evening entertainment kicks off. There’s just as much choice when it comes to bedrooms, too, including family rooms and junior suites.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were made to feel like royalty by the fantastic members of staff. Upon arrival we were given a free upgrade to a suite which was extremely clean many thanks to our wonderful cleaner Ahmed. The pools were fantastic, the only negative being the sellers which would simply not take no for an answer when we refused there offers, I think this needs to be addressed by the hotel as it would be sure to put many guests off. Due to this we moved to the quiet pool close to the buffet resteraunts which was a hassle free zone. The staff in General were top class especially the waiters in the a la carte resteraunts, to the pool drinks man. Unfortunately the Russian contingent in the hotel did not seem to appreciate them as much as the English and I found it personally disgusting, the way the Russians would treat the staff in a manner I could only describe as if they were slaves!! Overall a thoroughly fantastic experience and I would most certainly advise this to anybody who is looking to travel to sharm. Thank you tropicana More

Not what you can call a 5 star
We arrived at the hotel and were amazed by the layout and the surroundings of the complex. Reception staff were very helpful at first. The room we stayed in was a junior it was a good size however the cleanliness and fixtures were not up to scratch, the showers were old with no real water flow, bedsheets stained and not clean which we directly complained to the owner about which i'd recommend. The location is pretty good close to airport, shops, clubs and bars as well. The food in the main restaurant wasn't good or bad quite some choice but the same every day. Some foods served at lunch were around for dinner too, this wasn't the best hotel for food we have been to. Although the waiters and chefs were absolutely amazing always smiling and talking and on the go all the time. The bars served average drinks with not much range at all and bad quality alcohol drinks too, some of the staff were very rude and just looked like they didn't want to serve you. The entertainment team were good and put on activities during the day and shows on at night had really good fun. Overall we enjoyed the holiday but we would not go back as there is much better for sure. More

We have visited his hotel 8 times!! It's just fantastic from the moment you enter the opulent reception lobby. The staff are so friendly they are like our second family especially Mohammed 10113 who've we watched grow from being a waiter move up the ranks to a VIP ! The restaurants offer everything you could possibly imagine from breakfast throughout the day. The pools are just stunning and if you're lucky enough the stay in block 23 you'll have an uninterrupted view of the Red Sea!More

Stayed 25th Nov - 2nd Dec On arrival very impressed with the reception / lobby area, speedy and efficient check in. The room was fine with a large bathroom and great power shower, a large flat screen tv in the bedroom, plenty of storage and a small safe which is free. The grounds are fantastic and kept immaculate. Dining room was a let down food badly displayed, lack of plates, cups and saucers, cutlery, very high tables and low chairs making it most uncomfortable. On the up side the dining room staff are really great and will do anything for you. Pool areas looking tired, patched up tiles with crumbling concrete very sharp to walk on, well warn sunbeds paint on pool floors none existent making them look dirty. We were told that the hotel is starting a refurb program in Feb next year but because the hotel is open all year round it will bee a long drawn out project. The entertainment was reasonable with a couple of professional acts and the rest made up of karaoke and silly games (a good laugh). The bad point was drinks served in the thinnest plastic cups ever seen so they just collapse as soon as you pick them up. We enjoyed the stay but would not be returning.More
