Amazing Luxurious Hotel
I stayed there 4 nights in January 2017 & it was a fantastic stay The employees are very helpful & smiling. I can name Mohammad, Mina, Ahmad & Islam in the food service & Issam a tthe beach The property is huge & brand new Regarding the lunch & dinner, there was a huge variety but they can work on the taste of the food since not all the food was good Try to book a swim-up room where you can enjoy your private poolMore
Overall ok with certain appalling issues
Let me start with what is good in this particular hotel: that is the sea view - it is great; the room comfort - luckily we did not experience any problems with it, although the furniture is a bit outdated it did not spoil our stay in any way; the territory is vast with loads of bright plants, it felt like a nice walking distance. The spa zone is quite good although we were promised it was free, and in fact it was not:-( But at the beginning of our stay, we were immediately disappointed that instead of a promised/confirmed/reserved early check-in we would have to wait, and that is after a night flight and having a child with us. 3 hours later we were offered a better room for a small pay, which was pocketed by the front desk staff. On the sad side, we were also exposed to a dirty beach on daily basis, it was full of cigarettes' stubs, the sunbeds were filthy with birds' litter stuck to them. As if the above was not enough we soon found out that natural coffee is scarce and is only served in the lobby bar where there were regular issues with making it - depending on the day there was no milk, no coffee beans, coffee machine broken and on top of that when all the supplies were available we waited for 50 minutes to get it. In the first 3 days we were offered Turkish coffee instead, in the last 3 days we were charged for it. If you are a good cook yourself you will occasionally find it hard to eat what's served there. To start with everything is only available at the beginning of each meal. If you come 30 min or 1 hour later you will find lots of empty bowls/boxes. Same fish - just one type - every day, no other seafood, queues for meat and omelette. As far as we know gratin means vegetables baked under the sauce containing eggs, cream and cheese, instead we experienced dissolved starch in almost every dish. Occasionally tangerines were rotten or no fresh fruit at all. Tables were always sticky, plates and cutlery often not clean enough. We were also puzzled to witness the waiters making cocktails with same hands that they were throwing garbage into bins with and collecting dirty glasses - no gloves or cleaning hands under running water. At the same time, we met a couple of pleasant serving staff who were obviously doing their best whilst being stretched - the place is evidently understaffed, and they were sweating when rushing around us. Overall it certainly is a management issue and not the ordinary staff underperformance.More

One of the best hotels I've ever visited. Stunning room and hotel grounds. All staff we came across couldn't do enough. Loved the private transfer just for Sensatori guests from the airport. We had a room with the jacuzzi on the balcony, was really lovely to go back and relax in the jacuzzi late afternoon prior to getting ready for dinner. The additional restaurants to the main buffer were all great, however, personal favourite was the Italian, food there was incredible. Would return again.More
