Sea Club Resort

This hotel gives you access to the whole Sea Group Resort – which means a private beach and 3 huge outdoor pools.

Three big pools are the main focus here, along with a golden-sand private beach that goes on for the best part of a kilometre. And you’re only 20 minutes from the centre of Na’ma Bay – the hotel runs a free shuttle bus during the day.

The hotel has its own PADI scuba diving school, and even its own coral reef.

Brilliant week away, food is massie let down

What a fabulous week away! Was surprisingly hot for this time of year! The Animation team were very good, especially Adriano and Emma. The comedy show is really worth the watch, had me in stiches all the way through!! Hotel is beautiful with lovely views of the sea, i personally recommend the snorkling excersion as there are so many beautiful fish so see in such shallow water. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food and the huge amount of rude russian folks. The food is awful and bland, pretty much the same stuff every night. Other than that it was a really good week away! Would come again :) Many thanks to Emma & Aidriano for a good laugh!! More

emilyprigmore,

Thank you for a fantastic holiday!!!!!

Writing this on behalf of my parents: Myself and my husband were there on the 6th November and stayed for a week. We booked through Thomsons and this was our first visit to Egypt so we didn't really know what to expect. Well, I was wow'd when I arrived into the resort. From starting through to leaving the resort, it's been nothing but amazing and excellent service, entertainment cannot be knocked and neither can the staff. Myself a vegetarian particularly enjoyed the fact that I was catered for personally with my own chef who asked me each evening what I would like to eat. It's little things like this that make this hotel such an amazing experience. We had room 6207 and was cleaned every day to a very very high standard. The bathroom is amazing and really spacious. The staff are in particular very friendly, always smiling and always ready to greet everyone. This hotel is one of three in the resort, and you can use any of the hotels facilities including restaurants. We have once again had another fantastic Thomson holiday and we cannot wait to return. Thank you Sea Club Resort for a memorable first trip to Egypt. P.s make sure you do a trip to the evening market- well worth it!!!!!More

Would not go back!!

When we first arrived everything was fine, 15mins drive from the airport tops! Me and my boyfriend had booked a 10 night holiday in this hotel. On our first night the door key wouldn't work, went up to reception and they gave us another 1, still wouldn't work and then same thing again. The dooor was broke! Handle hanging off partically. We waited in total over a hour to get into our room! Pool is a gd size but freezing! Hardly anyone ever used it. Animation team were always around despite the fact some of them looked like they didn't even want to be there - couldn't fault Emma, she was great! Food was arerage all round but could be doing with chips at dinner instead of rice everynight. A'la carte restuarnts are a must but at the beach restuarant we had ordered chicken and was so dry we left more than half. Staff were friendly when they wanted to be, which wasn't often! A smile doesn't go a miss! On one of our nights i was locked out the room and my boyfriend had went to get a delivery and they refused to let me in my room stating "he has the key because he paid for it" no!! i think youll find my name was on the booking! So rude!! Then on another night we were in the sports bar watchin the football and i had jumped out to the toilet (in another building) and had left my bumbag on my seat next to the party we were out with and as i walked back in one of the managers were walking out with it! He gave me it back after stating it was on the furest away table from where we were sitting claimin it was there and started shouting abuse at myself in the middle of the bar because i had stated where i had left it! Next minute he is still going on like a big diva just shouting and showing no respect what so ever then tried to explain himself to my boyfriend and the man of one of the couples we had met totally ignoring maself and the man's partner, then started screamin again saying he has no respect for me! He was totally out of order and shouldn't be working with the public never mind been a manager and then had the cheek to ask the couple we were with the next day to write a good review on trip adviser!! His name was Zak btww!! Ignore him at all times!! Weather was gd untill abot 4pm but was freezing at night - bring a hoodie! Drinks were good but went from hardly any alcohol to too much were you can't even drink them. Overall if it wasn't for the staff i would of had a great time but because of this i would not go back to Egypt!More

Some brilliant parts to this hotel but let down by a few things.

We have just got back from our ten great nights away. I was away with my husband, son and parents. I'll start with the kids side as this was one of my reasons for choosing this hotel and there are not a lot of reviews written about it. The kids club runs from 10-1 then 3-5 the lady is brilliant and although not English she speaks brilliantly. We sent our son a few time but because there were not many English in the hotel (Russians everywhere) he did not really want to go as he couldn't understand any of the children. Then they had a mini disco on a night but it only lasted about 20 mins . There needs to be more for children as if my son is happy I am too. The animations team are very focused on adults and in fact I saw one take a belly dancing skirts off a little girl which I thought was a bit mean. The staff are brilliant from our cleaner to the pool guys (goda got our pool beds everyday and made things for my son and even got him toys) to the waiters and bar men. The food was very good but breakfast became a bit same old obviously you can't have bacon and sausages but they could do hash browns, mushrooms, beans etc, I didn't enjoy the beach food during the day. I would say I think the food is slightly aimed at Russians I always found something to eat because I like a lot of foods but if your fussy you would really struggle as my mum did. Icecreams are all extra!! First all inclusive I have been on where you have to pay for it. It is available some days but you have to be very quick as only one tub goes out. We tried 3 of the set menu restaurants and the Japanese was the best by far! My son didn't take his eyes off him cooking it in front for him. It's was like a show with food as an added extra. Sea food was okay and the lebenese the stater was good but the main it was just meat and rice which was very dry nothing special. The drinks are a bit disappointing and I really struggled to find a drink I liked. The spirits need to be improved. Sort drinks are not that good either didn't really like my son having the orange as it was full of colours. Animation team Emma was brilliant very friendly. But she is the only English girl there so the others are all about the Russians. We didn't really join in anything we didn't go for that but if we did again we were overtaken with Russians. The beach was a bit dirty but the jetty for snorkeling is great with a life guard there at all times. The sea can get quite rough though. The sales can get a bit annoying round the pool but leave you all own after a couple of days. This hotel could be brilliant if they got a few things right and there are more English I would say it's 80% Russian 20% English and most are very very rude. More
