This hotel gives you access to the whole Sea Group Resort – which means a private beach and three huge outdoor pools.
Three big pools are the main focus here, along with a golden-sand private beach that goes on for the best part of a kilometre. And you’re only 20 minutes from the centre of Na’ma Bay – the hotel runs a free shuttle bus during the day.
There is a PADI scuba diving school onsite, and the hotel even its own coral reef.
after all the experience from getting off the plane it was a short journey to the hotel. After arriving at the hotel we were greeted with open arms escorted to our room which was room 9102 it was very clean and no faults at all.The next day we went for breakfast and could not fault it at all.We all so booked the ala carte restaurants the sea food and the japanese and they were well worth the visit on both occasions. All the staff from the room cleaner to the management were very helpful despite what was going on with all the airlines in Sharm, they kept everyone informed if your flight was cancelled or notMore

Loved it!!!! What can be better than 10 days in the scorching sun lying around a pool and drinking Pina coladas!!?? An improvement would be better cocktails around the pool. The choice of restaurants 3 times during our stay were brilliant. ....Japanese, French, Lebanese and the beach restaurant.....we blagged 4 meals just by asking at reception. Loved it!! The only criticism would be that the cocktails were different every time you had one. Ahmed in the bar was fabulous. Mina as the Thomson rep was brilliant. All the waiters in sea club restaurant were absolutely brilliant. My daughter and I loved it. The animation team were great fun especially bob and rhia (?). We were there when the Russian plane crashed and thomsons were wonderful, and we were so glad we hadn't booked independently as we would have been stuck at he airport.
If you want sun.....go here. More
Could be better for a 5* (Detailed review)
Me and my friend came here for 2 weeks and normally we are not picky on everything and the negative things I will list here are not necessarily complains but things that are not so hard to change to improve the hotel to a different level.
When you go out of the hotel you can easily get a taxi or a bus to go anywhere you like without walking too long. The Airport is very close I think 10min from the hotel. You can go to naama bay in about 25 min or end of Nabq in 7 min for some shopping, drinks in a bar or amazing nightlife.
Front desk- friendly and very understanding if there was any problems. Barmen- would like to thank Ahmed from the Lobby bar in the Sea Club for making the best cocktails and making us feel special. Also Bassem from the same bar was very friendly, always wanted to have a little chat and helped us with our picky choice of cocktails- thank you ! :) Unfortunately majority of the barmen in Sea Club and Sea Life were rude and sometimes very very inappropriate and unprofessional. The same comes for life guards and recreation crew- they would ask a lot of personal questions that are worse than unprofessional. Also life guard and recreations at the beach constantly would come to take our unfinished water bottles or drinks which I found annoying.
In general what I would like to say about the staff is there should be more smiling! Majority of them seemed miserable and never smiled which is not hard at all! I know they work hard but smiling doesn't cost them anything however it would change the guests mood straight away.
In two weeks we would go to Sea Club and Sea Life daytime and in the evenings and I must say we were really disappointed with both of the animation teams. In two weeks we were around a lot where the animation was however not a lot of them talked to us or even said hello or again smiled! The ONLY person who we met on the first evening was Mido would always say hello to us when he saw us and invited us to the clubs they were going. We spoke to Vivo ( I think I don't remember his name exactly) couple of times and even he didn't have perfect english, we really appreciated that he tried. One last person I spoke to once was Musty who was super friendly. It's pretty bad compared to the amount of animation staff there is in both Sea club and sea life and we only spoke to 3 people in 2 weeks! The worst thing is all the others never say hello to you and don't even make eye contact to smile like in other hotels you feel welcomed just by staff saying hello and smiling. No, the worst thing was when some of the staff would invite guests individually to join in their activities and they would leave us out! About that I was really angry because it happened more than once and there was a situation when a guy invited people from both of our sides and left as without hello!!!!
The evening entertainment is hit and miss sometimes but the Sea Life was a lot better. Sadly the program finishes very early about 10-10.30 pm. so people who are not going out of the hotel, could get boring.
Everything was kept clean most of the time however I think it would be more like a 5* if you could change to clean towels at least couple of times during the day.
There was quite a lot of choice with a good idea of having different themes everyday like Italian, Asian, fish dinners and so on. Also it was very good that you can change to different restaurants if you wanted to. We tried French and Lebanese a le cart restaurants which was quite nice to change the environment. The French was a little bit disappointing but not bad and the Lebanese I think was a lot better.
We mainly stayed at the lobby bar at Sea Club and there was a very good variety of delicious cocktails and other drinks.
The rooms were spacious enough and very cozy. The beds were comfortable and the furniture seemed at a good state but I think it's time to get bathrooms updated.
Sometimes we would leave the rooms later and unless we didn't leave 'clean my room' sign they would not get done. Also the house keeping staff were a bit desperate for tips which they showed in a obvious way but I guess they need it that much.
Extremely bad! If you will need to use Wifi constantly I would suggest you buy a sim card on vodaphone and top it up with some data, it will not be that expensive. I think 600LE for 3GB
Beauty salon in Sea Club
Had a lovely massage, face and body masks. It would have been a perfection with relaxing music on.
If I could get a great deal, I think I would come again but never for such a long time.Hope that helped :)More

First time in Egypt. The resort needs a refurbishment, looking tired but clean. The hotels recreation staff gave fantastic shows in the outside theater. The entertainment in the 24 hour bar was very boring. The staff made our holiday treating us like royalty. The food was terrible in Sea Club, thank god for the other resort Sea Life and the international restaurants we would have gone hungry. Did things we have never done like snorkeling with the Scorpion team on site, swam with dolphins and my husband went go-karting. I enjoyed the massages provided by a lovely girl Emily
Mac and Jac made our holiday and we still keep in touch, feel sorry for the staff in what is happening now, as there jobs are not safe, they do not have the security in theirs jobs as we do. We felt very safe whilst we were there.More
