Lovely hotel and staff were great. Food was good and always varied with several restaurants to dine in. Location by beach is superb and the market is just outside the hotel so oke type of opportunity to explore. Will definitely be going back. Stunning room and gardens More
Great Friendly Stay
We asked for a quiet room and the room we were given was brilliant, large ,light and quiet .The cleaner was very good, very polite young man ,efficient and lovely towel art every day .The reception staff got anything sorted straight away ( I asked for a different pillow ),the free laundry service was a bonus .Food was always good ,plenty of choice,we ate breakfast and lunch in the main restaurant and evening meal in the Blue Marlin .I would like to thank Gamal and Mohamad for their welcoming attention ,efficiency and friendlyness even when run off their feet .We enjoyed the old market walk with Rebecca and the teatime quizers. The dancers and acrobats in the Arena were good ,a nice 30 mins of entertainment .All together were thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back .More

Wonderful, peaceful holiday
Just returned from a week at this lovely hotel. Our first impression was of the peace and quiet there. The staff cannot be praised enough for their friendliness and the way they treat everyone. From the moment we arrived they genuinely tried to do as much as they could to make our stay memorable. On arrival we were taken into a meeting room to complete the booking in formalities, and given a drink and cool flannels to refresh us after our journey. Much more civilised than the usual scramble at reception at other hotels. We were given room keys and a porter took our cases to the room. We had room 4218 on the western edge of the hotel with a side sea view. It was quiet and we got the last sun of the day on our balcony. The rooms are large with a huge bed and we found the storage for clothing to be more than adequate. The bathroom had a walk in shower, but no bath, but this was fine for us. Everything was kept clean and we had regular changes of towels. All soft drinks in the room fridge were included in the package and plentiful supplies of water were available in the room and by the pool. There was a good selection of food in the restaurants, which was covered and kept hot. We visited the Blue lagoon restaurant in the evening apart from a visit to the A la Carte Italian restaurant one evening. We had to agree with all other comments that the fillet steak is really good there. We had breakfast in the main restaurant and went to the beach snack bar midday. It was lovely to sit on the beach in the sun at lunchtime. We enjoyed the hotel entertainment, particularly His & Hers Duo, though they are due to move on this week. We took advantage of the free hotel shuttle and visited Naama Bay one evening, and went on the hotel run boat round to coral bay. I didn't snorkel but could still see lots of reef fish just by walking in the water. I went to the spa for a massage after some encouragement from Wafy. It is well worth the visit. We felt safe leaving the hotel and went to the shopping mall and old market over the road from the hotel a few times. The sights, sounds, smells, haggling with shopkeepers, and entertainment are all worth experiencing. I travelled to Sharm el Sheik with my husband and another couple and we could not find fault with the hotel. It is not surprising that 50% of customers return. I'm sure we will!More

This is our second stay at this small hotel and we will go back. Considering we usually state the world is a big place and don't go back twice to the same place , this shows what we think of this little gem. I can only write compliments for the hotel - as it was my birthday whilst we were there, we were upgraded and the room boys decorated the room. We had a superb steak in the Italian restaurant and the waiters sang and danced to me and brought me a birthday cake. The night entertainment is quite low key, food enjoyable. Staff very pleasant. The coral reef nearby is unbelievable. I could keep going ! The only small downside was that the hotel just up from us played head banging music. It started at 11.30 and was unpleasant but wasn't on all day thankfully.More

Wonderful Birthday Break
Just got back from a wonderful week at The Palace for my better half's Birthday - what can I say? We both thought it was great. From the moment you check in till the moment you check out the staff there can not do enough for you. The room was very clean and very well looked after by Housekeeping - probably the biggest and most comfortable bed we've had on a holiday. Everyday our housekeeper made great art from towels with scattered flowers on the bed - he could not have been more attentive. Food was great from the main restaurant to the beachside restaurant to the beach bar - and the Italian is lovely. We celebrated a birthday when we were there and the Hotel organised Champagne breakfast and a cake at Dinner. Outside the pools are lovely, the barman ever attentive, the beach swept and raked every morning. Would highly recommend this Hotel to any of our friends and decided we would be going back in Oct (diary dependant) before we had even left EnjoyMore
