Having just returned from two fantastic weeks in the Iberotel Palace I can honestly say that this is one place my wife and I will revisit. We don't usually go back to places we have visited as we like to try new places, that was until we visited the Iberotel Palace.
This review could be very long if I was to review every detail of our holiday here, however I will keep it to the point.
Arrival was easy and we were welcomed very warmly by the staff here, sat in a room for five minutes to freshen up and by the time we had finished our drinks we were handed our key.
From this point onward I can only say that we were made to feel very welcome by everyone. The staff here go the extra mile to make your holiday memorable. We did not fine one person that did not smile, say good morning or ask if we was ok. We experienced this everyday throughout our two weeks holiday. The hotel was spotless including our room. The grounds were kept spotless with a team of hard working gardeners and I must say they were beautiful.
Special thanks to chef Mohamed in the blue marine for looking after me with my special requests following a short bout of sickness, nothing was too much of a problem for him and his team. Also the team at the beach bar, big thanks to Osama, Wael and Ali. Service with a smile and always went out of their way to ensure you had your drinks ready before you even got to the bar.
We had no complaints regarding the food as it was checked and checked again to ensure it was fit for us to eat, there was plenty of choice and every meal we had was absolutely delicious.
Overall we were impressed with this hotel from the staff to the location.
Despite thinking long and hard before writing this review, both my wife and I were unable to find anything negative regarding our stay here and I think if we were to find anything it would be nit picking and our own fault for not reporting it to guest services as I am sure they would have put it right.
We were very impressed and the staff here are a credit to the name Iberotel Palace
Thank you Iberotel Palace and Thomson for a memorable holiday, we will returnMore

Well what can I say, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was amazing !!!!!!
Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink, our packs and provided with a late dinner due to arriving after service. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, everything is done with a smile, special mention to Muhammad on the Beach Bar, Mahmoud on the Pool Bar, and Bassam top blokes who couldn't do enough for you.
The food is varied, with a different theme every night. We had a complimentary meal at both La Toscana and Ali Baba, both of which were exceptional.
The snorkelling at the sister hotel is a must, there is a free bus every day. This was an incredible experience which we would highly recommend, and thoroughly recommend the VIP Cruise, where we got to see Dolphins.
The rooms are cleaned every day by incredibly hard working and friendly staff, with towel art every day.
The grounds are immaculate. Would definitely stay here again without a doubtMore
