We have stayed here three times now and have booked up for this year too. I cannot fault and praise this hotel enough, the staff are brilliant always friendly and very attentive. The rooms and grounds are always immaculate and you will never go hungry with the choice of all the excellent restaurants. If you are looking for a relaxing week or two away from home, right on the beach with excellent food and hospitality- you will not find better than this hotel. Can't wait to go back in October!More

We stayed over the time of the plane crash. As most other people have mentioned the service is excellent across the entire hotel. The only disappointment we had was the gala night which was badly organised, however the other two speciality restaurants more than made up for the gala night. There's a tailors within the hotel who made me three handmade shirts which are of excellent quality and good value. I had to visit the doctor (Dr Mamhood) who looked after me in a friendly professional manner as you would expect but it's reassuring that it did happen. We took advantage of the spa facilities and would not not hesitate to recommend. We were delayed three days due to the crash and during that time we carried on as if nothing had happened. The staff need a special mention because during our extended stay they continued in a polite and friendly way knowing that the hotel was emptying and there was no real idea when the tourists would return. Many thanksMore

Back to this fabulous hotel.
Myself and my husband spent a fantastic time at this amazing hotel in Sharm el Sheikh Sept/Oct this year, returning just 8 days before the Sinai disaster. This was our third trip in a row and each time we have been treated as family, not just another visitor, as in so many hotels. You are not just a visitor passing through, you really do mean a lot to these people. Everything asked for was provided most graciously, with genuine courtesy. We have already arranged to return Sept/Oct 2016, looking forward to meeting our friends again. I cannot speak highly enough of any aspect of this wonderful Establishment. Everyone in every department are so, so pleasant and genuinely want to please every guest/friend the same. We are hoping to goodness that all is well with everyone working at the Palace and are safe. Nothing will prevent our return hopefully. I cannot speak highly enough and if you have never visited Egypt make this your first experience. It certainly will not be our last.More

Excellent service. Staff serves the guests with extreme sincerity & high manners. Amazing delicious food. & don't miss the Breakfast omelettes, they are extremely yummy. Nice beach. Good location. It's few minutes walk to the old town centre & around 20 min from airport. I didn't like my standard room so I was given a nice sea view room which is very nice. Furnishing of the rooms is actually old but it's clean. Swimming pool is real nice. More
