Onsite waterpark

The aquapark at Coral Sea Water World is on site so, a splashing good time is just footsteps away. The water rides have names like Night Rider, Freefall, Turbulence and Twilight Zone and include tube slides that snake their way downhill, multi-lane racing slides and a bowl-shaped vortex.

Younger swimmers have a pirate-themed splash pool where they can scramble up and over the water, then swoosh and glide back in. And a lazy river gently meanders around the park area too.

There are manufacturer's height restrictions of 1.20m on 12 of the big waterslides and the wave pool, and an age restriction for over 8 years. Two slides have an age restriction of over 10 years.

Kids' club

The hotel-run kids' club provides a great range of kids’ activities to fill their days with fun and adventure. For ages 4 to 12 years.

2 outdoor pools

If you don't fancy the slides and chutes, there's always the main pools. One's heated in the winter, with towels and sunbeds.

Parkinson's - What a Fabulous Holiday

Having never been to Egypt before I have to say I was a little hesitant booking this break but why I don't know . The whole holiday was fabulous from start to finish . Airport and transfer ran very smoothly and we must have been checked in at the hotel no much more than an hour after landing Check in staff where very friendly and first impressions of the hotel , in the dark , where of a wow factor . The next morning we weren't disappointed and there was plenty of room around the pool and sun beds available even if it was later morning on arriving at the pool . Food , staff , room service and reception staff where all very good and dining room staff also where very friendly , polite and went out of their way to assist you . Food choice was plentiful , hot and offered good variety . Everywhere was very clean and even public toilets and those around the pool were very clean . Finally the entertainment team ......ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS still doesn't give them enough merit for the hard working team you have . The guys work non stop from 9.30am till 11 pm and even on breaks and says off will always stop and have time for guests . Special mention has to go to Kelly , who until she was joined by returning colleagues later in our stay, was a significant class above all the other reps and a real role model to all 'wanna be' reps . Her enthusiasm, social skills and general aura made you want to join in and be involved, and others in the team could learn a lot from her lively, bubbly approach. Towards the end of our stay some old colleagues joined her also and this then made a brilliant entertainment team and if left together for the summer months this has the makings of an excellent team whom I can envisage giving an excellent service to all guests. Thanks Kelly and crew for making our week so enjoyable and hope to see you ALL again .More

Me and my family had a great holiday here! The staff are all very helpful and friendly, the rooms, restaurants, gardens and pools are kept really clean. We stayed for eleven days and went with Thomson, we had the family room which had a double bed and separate room with two singles which worked out great! Would deffinitly recommend for families/ couples as there is lots to do for all ages.More

best family holiday ever

I've just came back from a week holiday at Coral Sea waterworld. 12 of us in total (5 children.) holidayed children age ranging between 4 months and 12 years old! The hotel facilities were fabulous, water park kept the children entertained. The food was delicious, fresh and a large variety everyday. Everywhere was clean, tidy and well presented. A couple of minor points - The evenings were a little cold, nothing on the UK but chilly enough to need a cardi or jacket of the evening (it is the winter in Egypt after all). The Indian restaurant was disappointing, we arrived late and very apologetic for our booking... It's very difficult co-ordinating 12 people for a specific time. The staff were a little rude and not very accommodating. The drinks menu for the Indian restaurant stated imported drinks but we were advised that there was only local alcohol available same as the all inclusive but you have to pay for those drinks. The rest of the holiday was superb - special thanks goes to staff at dine around, Islam specifically made our visits extra special and enjoyable thank you so much :)!!! Chef Medhat at the Italian Olio - for recommending that we go there and the fabulous mushroom risotto !!!! Mamdouh for looking after the family at the Italian even when the kids being a little tired and restless he was great and our cleaner who left our room immaculate everyday and arranged our towels in such a wonderful design everyday!! We will be revisiting this hotel - thank you so much for a lovely holiday experience 😊More

Excellent holiday!

My boyfriend and I have just returned from our first visit to Egypt staying at the Coral Sea Waterworld and we will definitely visit again! On arrival we were given refreshments and our suitcases taken to the room for us, a very hassle free check in compared to other hotels we have been to. The room was huge and of very high standard. Our balcony caught the afternoon sun which was nice. Only negatives are that the the plugs are limited and the lighting can be a bit dim in the main bedroom. The maid visited everyday and he did an excellent job! Very friendly and helpful as well. We mostly ate at the main restaurant, the food is varied and there is a different theme everyday. I am a very picky eater but I always managed to find something to eat. Visiting the panini station and outside barbecue is a must! All the waiters are extremely helpful and attentive and we cannot fault the service we were given when eating here. We also ate at the Mermaid and Italian restaurants which was great, it was nice to eat somewhere different for a change. You do have to pay for the drinks but you are made aware of this so cannot find fault with this! My boyfriend's favourite part of the hotel was the Waterpark and we went there most days. I sunbathed while he went on the slides! The staff there were great, always laughing and joking and bringing you drinks when you want them. We had no trouble finding sun beds here and at the quiet pool but found the heated pool too crowded and all sun beds taken by 11am. At nights we went to Finnelys Bar but the entertainment was horrendous! They do a lot of entertainment for kids but nothing that would appeal to adults. Very low key and budget. If this was improved, it would definitely make a difference. Some of the animation team were cocky and obnoxious, we avoided them where possible. Again, fine for children but not for us. We were never made to feel that we had to tip, but the service was so good that we tipped most of the staff. There is a tip jar in most of the restaurants and bars and you will find that the member of staff you give it to, will put their tip in there and sign a piece of a paper. We tipped in Egyptian money and although they are grateful for you to tip in any currency, they cannot change coins easily. This is why they sometimes approach you and ask if you can change their pound coins For a note. I would recommend taking Egyptian currency where possible. Overall an excellent holiday and we will hopefully be back!More

What a fantastic holiday!

We have just returned from our holiday at CSWW yesterday 26th Feb and I have to say we all thoroughly enjoyed it!! It was even better than I expected! 15 min from the airport, room was fabulous and big, pools stunning, service *star, location great, food lovely and well presented, staff go all out for you, animation team good and beach beautiful and private. The water park was fantastic with lots of slides, massive football pitch with regular games and there is everything for kids not to get bored! My kids said it was the best holiday they have had! You wouldn't need to spend any money really as everything is on the site, I didn't venture out once but if you did wasn't to there is Soho Sq and Narma Bay and plenty of trips, I can't wait to go backMore
