The Coral Sea Aqua Club is a huge, sand-coloured building. It’s just a 2-minute walk from the lively restaurants and bars in the El-Khan district, and less than a 15-minute stroll from the nearest sandy beach.
There are 2 big swimming pools here, one of which is a wave pool. You’ve also got 2 paddling pools for little ones. The main talking point, though, is the onsite waterpark, which features a bowl slide, a wave pool, a lazy river and a kids’ splash zone.
The hotel’s rooms are stylish and contemporary, with mocha-coloured walls, teal throws and dark-wood headboards. They’re nice and spacious, too, with furnished balconies as standard.

2 outdoor pools
The pools here are huge, so you'll have plenty of space to take a dip or leisurely swim. One's even a wave pool. The sun terrace wraps around the pool, and is dotted with plenty of sunbeds and parasols so you can enjoy a day lazing by the pool.
Spend the day trying out the rides here, with a wave pool and lazy river for some chilled out fun or a bowl slide, multi-lane slide and speed slide for a few more thrills. There's also a children's splash area so the whole family can enjoy the waterpark.

And outside of peak season, there are parent and toddler sessions 3 days a week, too. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times.

Excellent Holiday but food lets it down.
Amazing Staff which make this place. Omar around the pool is a lovely man, Mr Bean in the bag shop is amazing i could go on but i woul be here all day. This is our second visit to this hotel and we had a great time, very clean, slides keep the kids busy, day time entertainment round the main pool if you choose, great kids club. but alos a peaeful elaxing tie if you choose. what more could you ask. The family room had two bathrooms and seperate sleeping arear with a living room for relaxing. as a family it allowed you some soace from each other if needed. the only thing i can say that seems to have slipped isnce our last visit was the food. wasnt always fresh, very little choice and became repetative. would visit again.More

Fantastic and will return!!
This was our first package holiday as a family of 4 and I was dubious and a little anxious but there was no need as the staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much bother. The pirate pool was fantastic and looked after by attentive lifeguards, we met two special lifeguards during our stay, Nabil and Ahmed, they sorted our sun loungers and Ahmed provided our 5yr old with an inflatable which occupied him greatly. A special thanks to Omar on the 'big boy/girl' slides, he assisted our 5 year old adrenalin junkie onto 'boomerango'!!!! One of Daniels highlights!!! Also a special mention to Yusef on flow Rider who took Daniel on even though he was going against Doctors orders as he found out it was our last day and also Musafa who gently persuaded him! The room cleaners also deserve a mention as they are the unspoken ones, Ahmed provided our room with towel animals that excited the children as they didn't know what animal was going to be on the bed every day and Saied who took over when Ahmed went on vacation to see his future wife. The dining was great as there is great choice and if you need anything special then Chef Mohammed will see to this without hesitation, lovely man. Most of the waiting staff are happy go lucky with a bit of charm to the mixture!!! Kids club was great, Daniel went to the chocolate party and when I collected him was covered head to toe in chocolate, just the kinda fun you want on holiday so well done Kids Club!!!! Nabq bay is an up and coming resort, I would recommend everyone go to the old market as everything is a 'genuine fake' except for the personalities!!! The camel guys are great fun too, i was slightly anxious at first but they soon recognise you and have a good bit of banter. The pharmacy next to Coral Sea village is great and won't give you medicines that you won't need. The clinic on site at the resort was great, hubster had a chest infection and was on his way to recovery after a wee visit, the Dr sorts out all the forms for you.....stress free . Can't wait for our next visit to Coral Bay Aqua Club.More

Fantastic introduction to all inclusive.
Our first all inclusive hotel holiday, so not sure what to expect, but this was a great place to start. Our rooms were spacious and well maintained. The pool area was well managed and had plenty of loungers. There is a water park for the kids that felt safe for our 10 and 14 year olds to explore on their own. The buffet restaurant had a good array of foods - something to please everyone. Additionally there are two a al carte restaurants - one american cuisine and one Chinese. Both were a little limited but very nice nonetheless. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, and worked so hard to keep the place running smoothly. Levels of cleanliness were much higher than I expected. The only downside, which wasn't the hotel's fault, was the evening entertainment(run by Thomson, our holiday provider), which was utterly dire. Unbearable in fact. Their daytime poolside entertainment was ok though. Overall, a really lovely experience, we would love to return. More

Great holiday in Sharm el Sheikh
Just come back from two weeks at Coral Aqua Club between the 3rd and 17th April. From the moment you set foot in the Hotel you enter a relaxed environment. The check in was painless and we were soon escorted to our room and informed where everything was, soon after we were joined by our luggage. The staff around the pool and in the restaurant's couldn't be more helpful and we came away having made some good friend's. Couldn't keep the kids 13 and 11 out of the water park and spent many an hour ourselves floating around in the lazy river. Thomson run kids club and entertainment was great according to other families but our's were to old to participate. The evening entertainment wasn't our cup of tea but the live singer was very good but repeated songs a few times during our stay. All the staff work very hard and deserve the odd tip here and there. We all had an excellent time and were all very sad to leave, but would certainly return to Coral Sea Aqua Club as soon as possible. If you are a family with teenagers we would certainly recommend upgrading to a junior suite, we had room 1302 which was faultless.More
Fantastic Holiday 3-17th April 2014
Have just returned from Sharm El Sheikh and the Coral Sea Aqua Club Resort. This was our first family holiday to Egypt and we all had a wonderful time. Our children aged 5 and 7 years loved the variety of swimming pools and slides available at Coral Sea. We were pleased that the wave pool was heated as we have been away before and the pools have been freezing cold. The weather was great around 35 degrees everyday. Our room at Coral Sea was clean, spacious and tidy. The bed linen was changed regulary and our room cleaner made some fantastic creations with the towels which our girls loved. All of the staff at the Coral Sea were friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The food was excellent. Lots of choice and variety everyday. My favourite night was Egyptian night so many lovely dishes to choose from and the children were happy too. We dined in the Amercian restaurant during our stay which was great and we also tried the Asian restaurant which was a little disappointing. We didnt see much evening entertainment just the Thomson Kennel Club for the children. 8-9pm most evenings - dancing, games and fun for the children. Both of mine enjoyed this hour every evening and looked forward to going. Two of the Thomson reps were energetic and dedicated to their role (Courtney & Ronnie) whilst some of the others needed to step it up and show a little more passion for their job. The girls also used the kids club during our stay and they had great fun. Outside of the hotel - good location about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of shops and facilities in the area. Plenty of taxi's available should you need to go further. Very sad to see the resort struggling due to lack of tourism. Many unfinished hotels and abandoned building sites. We didnt feel unsafe or threatened during our stay. All of the hotels have electric gates and guards. Hotels have metal detectors and mirrors on sticks to examine the underneath of vehicles. We went outside in the evening to do shopping and didnt experience any problems. Mosquito's are a pest in the evening, we wore wrist bands and used a plug in which i would highly recommend. Many people were bitten to pieces. Coral Sea does spray the complex every evening when the sun goes down which i thought was great. The problem lies outside so wear a wrist band or use repellant if your strolling outside the complex. The local people are desperate for you purchase their goods and you might feel hassled at times but just go with the flow and you can have a great laugh with many of them. The locals love children and they are made to feel very welcome. I would recommend snorkelling in the Red Sea, such an amazing experience which i will never forget. Lots of trips and sights to see if you want to. I would definately return back to Sharm and the Coral Sea Aqua Club. We really did have a great time and i would recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting. Thank you to Coral Sea Aqua Club for making our holiday most enjoyable.More
