This family-friendly hotel comes with its own waterpark. And it puts you within easy reach of a sandy beach.
The waterpark is the star attraction at this hotel. It features things like a bowl slide and a lazy river. There are 2 big pools here, as well. Meanwhile, meals are covered in 4 restaurants, including an American diner.
Live shows provide the after-dark entertainment. And for more choice you’re just a 2-minute walk from the lively El-Khan district. As for the beach, there’s a sandy stretch about a 10 to 15-minute walk away.
Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. With snacks, afternoon tea and 1 visit per week to the American and Asian à la carte restaurant.
Selected local-brand beer, wine, spirits, water, soft drinks and hot drinks 10.00-24.00.
Snacks at set times.
The pools here are huge, so you'll have plenty of space to take a dip or leisurely swim. One's even a wave pool. The sun terrace wraps around the pool, and is dotted with plenty of sunbeds and parasols so you can enjoy a day lazing by the pool.
Spend the day trying out the rides here, with a wave pool and lazy river for some chilled out fun or a bowl slide, Flowrider surf simulator, multi-lane slide and speed slide for a few more thrills. There's also a children's splash area so the whole family can enjoy the waterpark.

It’s split into sections, with Tots for 3 to 5 year olds, Team for 6 to 8s, and Tribe for 9 to 11s. Best of all, most kids’ clubs activities are completely free. And outside of peak season, there are parent and toddler sessions 3 days a week, too. Just returned from a week stay. 21 year old couple
Myself and my partner just returned back from a weeks stay at this hotel (both 21) we both had a excellent time at the hotel and very much enjoyed It. It was our first time in Egypt and in a all inclusive hotel and both exceeded our expectations. First impressions of the hotel was very good, had our bags taken to our room for us by the very helpful staff after our arrival.
The hotel itself is very clean, every where you look there are cleaners and gardners maintaining the area. As were the pools, obviously very we'll maintained and nice to swim in. We spent a lot of our holiday in the lazy river! Didn't have an issue with sun beds, there were a lot taken up early but still enough left for the relaxed people like myself.
The food we also good with a nice variety every evening and you can tell the food is fresh and well prepared. The staff waiting the tables and bars are excellent. Extremely friendly and have good banter.
Wasn't expecting much of the entertainment from other reviews I've read but it wasn't bad at all, had a Robbie Williams tribute act, Chinese Acrobats and Fire dance people what more can you ask for, as well as the reps working their socks off to make sure you are having a good time.
Overall the hotel and watermark are amazing and the staff are even better.More

Stayed here with my partner our friends and their children aged 7 and 6 months. The facilities for the children are second to none my friend used the crèche for the baby and all the Thomson reps were fantastic. We had a great laugh in the slides and the lazy river is amazing. Been to Egypt 5 times and I have to say the bedrooms in this hotel are the best we have ever had. There is lots of choice with food
From pizza toasted sandwiches outdoor BBQ or the main restaurant. I have to say a special thank you to Mohammed in the lobby bar what a fantastic waiter he really worked hard and looked after us very well. We never struggled for sun beds and the hotel was full the life guards got them for us every day. We tipped the staff £1 every now and then and the service we received was fabulous they appreciate it so much. Would definitely recommend this hotel to both families and couples so much so we are looking to go back in January. More
Fab hotel, fab staff,
This is are 2nd visit to this hotel, and we weren't dissapointed on our return. Even members of staff remembered us, and were welcomed with open arms. The staff can't do enough to help you, always smiling and making time for you. The food is great, very fresh, plenty of choice, even a kiddies section which a lot if adults used. You really need to try the pancakes made fresh in the afternoons. We didn't have any children with us, but the reps from the kids club always said hello and we even watched the evening entertainment with thomson on several nights. The team round the pool were fab, working very hard in the heat and always with a smile, especially Steph, Ryan and em j . The thomson team held an informative meeting and were on hand most times during the day too. Caroline at guest relations is very lovely and helpful too.More

First class hotel
This was our third visit to this hotel, and just like our previous visits it was great. Its the staff what makes our holidays here they are freindy cheerfull, and nothing is too much trouble for them.I will not go into details of food, drink, rooms ect, because every other reviewer as already done that.I have seen odd reviews on here nitpicking and thats in a minority. There are more than enough sunbeds, I never had to wait for a seat in the restaurant, I didn't get any chipped crockery, my food was always hot good, and plenty of choice.
The animation try their best to keep everyone entertained, but I would not fancy running round in over 40 degrees for hours on end.The evening entertainment is not the best, but you are not in Las Vagas. The management invite everyone to the weekly cocktail party, where you can go and give them your feedback, so instead of people moaning on TripAdvisor, get it done with the management on site.
I myself will be returning soon, because I enjoy my holidays at this hotelMore
