Activities kick off with morning aerobics, followed by quizzes and games at the main pool. There’s also a sports café with screens showing all the big sporting events.
The waterpark is the star attraction at this hotel. It features things like a bowl slide and a lazy river. There are two big pools here, as well. Meanwhile, meals are covered in four restaurants, including an American diner.
Live shows provide the after-dark entertainment. And for more choice you’re just a 2-minute walk from the lively El-Khan district. As for the beach, there’s a sandy stretch about a 10 to 15-minute walk away. From May 2016, this hotel will become part of the Family Life collection.

Super Hotel - a few tweaks from Superb
Just got back from a week at the Coral Sea Aqua Club. Family of 4, 2 adults, and 2 kids (12 and 7) I'll review the tweaks as I want to end on a positive, and there are plenty: The Welcome - a bit hurried and not as personal as others we've stayed at The Room - My wife wanted a full length mirror. The mini bar was chargable, which was annoying - either put only stuff that isn't chargable in, or add this cost to our holiday - it was a pain having to go up and down to the bar all the time! The kids beds - our room had 2 small beds for our kids, which wasn't an issue, however the matresses were paper thin, and subsequently they were rock hard, and the kids had trouble sleeping - buy some new thicker matresses and charge us a tad more if necessary - we will pay. The Hotel - Didn't realise it wasn't next to the beach, which was annoying on our part Entertainment was a tad disappointing, either the thomson crew doing their best till about 10pm, or some crooner singing in the lobby bar - but later on the whole place died - you need to sort this please. pool towels need an occasional wash as they stank! Now the good bits: The room was lovely, cleaned every day, and the aircon was the best and coldest we have ever experienced. Mealtimes were great - plentiful and really varied food - I've never seem beetroot in exotic climes before! I am a coeliac, and all the staff in the restautant were very helpful, and they even cooked me gluten free pasta! Cannot fault them The pools were great, the kids loved them and the varied amounts certainly were very welcome in the heat plenty of sunbeds, and the staff will get more out for you all the time. Even at 8am at the towel run, the staff are ready there to help the staff all over were so nice, polite and very very helpful i really cannot fault this hotel, if you have a family, or not, it matters not, its so good. however, they could learn how to make coffee!!More

Just returned from a 2 weeks stay with family ranging from 9yr to 64yr and we all had a fabulous time, can't fault a single thing. We had swim up rooms which in July was a godsend the room was huge and cleaned to a high standard by Bakar who's towel art was great. The food was great none of us had upset stomachs there was ample choice everyday, the drinks were wet which in July is all that matters the slush was our favourites. The pools and water slides were wonderful my boys had a ball on the flow rider and I felt completely at ease to let them roam free as the complex was enclosed and life guards were on the ball. The entertainment round the pool during the day was great fun with the Thomson reps night entertainment was not so great but it didn't bother us as the hot days resulted in early nights as you are shattered. The locals in and out of the hotel are lovely having been to turkey the last 2 yrs we all found the Egyptians far friendlier and no where near as hassling Aladdin from Falcon tours was great and sorted us out with trips to soho sq and the market for mere pennies compared to what Thomson wants and the camel outside the hotel is £5 per person compared to £10 on the beach that Thomsons advise my boys had a few rides up and down the street...all in all this has been one of our favourite holidays and we would definately return. Fantastic hotel ð
So just returned from our 2 week holiday, myself, husband and 3 children,we were in a family suite it had 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and loads of storage! The hotel is a really good size, stayed in the hv Egypt and found that was far 2 big so this was perfect easy 2 find your way around! All the staff were really friendly and work so hard ,we tipped the cleaners bar staff and waiters in the restaurant cause they really do deserve it! Food in the restaurant was really good, excellent quality, loved the burgers from the barbie fresh burgers not your cheap stuff ,breads were really tasty different varieties and the French onion soup is a must try! Candy floss for the kids and all kinds of cakes, snack bars were good chips, toasties, pizzas burgers etc ! The only thing letting it down is Thomson entertainment, not the staff they do an amazing job, stayed in a few holiday Villages and first choice entertainment is fab so think they could do with changing things although my little boy loved thomson the dog! Mosquitos r a big problem there were a lot of people with loads of bites and I think it was spoiling there holiday but we took 100% deet and none of us got bit at all so defiantly worth getting some ! Would defiantly return and recommend to family and friends and anyone going soon you will have an amazing time! More
We stayed here for 2 weeks in June, 2 adults and 2 children in a family room. The puzzling differences between reviews here reflects people's prior experiences and expectations. I would not stay here again because this in my opinion is a cheap holiday at a premium price. Food The food isn't great, office canteen quality instead of something to which one might look forward. Cheap meats were cooked to death in catering trays with indifferent sauces. Greeting at the door was erratic, service of drinks inconsistent or non existent. Tipping ensured basic service, not tipping meant you were just ignored. There were no fresh juices only suspiciously highly coloured cordials. Food on holiday should be a highlight, here it was endured. Drinks Cheap wine, beer and cocktails made exclusively with cordials drove me to the pub next door, for which of course I paid. The only way to increase profits in an all inclusive resort is to cut the quality of what is provided for free and also to make it difficult to consume too many drinks. So quality of drinks is very low and served in small plastic glasses around the pool or in half pints in the bar. As with the dining room tipping gets you a very basic service. Pools The pools were quite good but the children's pool needs more frequent cleaning during the day, it smelt bad and had dead insects and leaves floating around most days. Service of drinks around the pool was non existent. Getting a sun bed required tipping everyday, those who didn't tip were left to drag their own sun beds from a pile to those few spots that were left. It didn't take me long to realise that the some guards reserved beds with towels from before the pool area was open and then gave them to tipping guests. If you didn't tip you didn't get a poolside bed. Room The family room was a good size but needed cleaning when we arrived. We complained and it was cleaned but not as throughly as you might expect, for example the cleaner consistently missed black mould under bathroom taps and shower fittings. Public Areas The furnishings are past their sell by date, tatty and stained. Mosquitos and Diarrhoea Both of these are a problem here, take precautions or face the consequences. Conclusion If this hotel was half the current price I'd say that you got what you paid for, but I still wouldn't stay here again. And after 5 holidays with Thomson this experience means we will not book with them again. More
Lovely hotel, with very helpful staff and extremely clean. Restaurant buffet had something every night which kids liked which isn't always easy. Lifeguards can't do enough for you. Had a family suite which was really spacious and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Would recommend and will be back again More
