The first thing that strikes you about this luxurious hotel is the serenity of the place. Stepping out of the hot Egyptian sun, the tranquil white lobby is like a breath of fresh air. But it’s not just about bars at Baron Palms - there are some fantastic restaurants, too. In the sunny Tiran Restaurant there’s a delicious international buffet, which changes theme daily. Or you can tuck into traditional cuisine in the Egyptian speciality restaurant at dinner time, which also dishes up Oriental delights, and not to be forgotten is the romantic candlelit Paradise à la carte poolside restaurant.

Beach lovers will be glad to hear the hotel has a gorgeous, 600m private sandy stretch facing the Straits of Tiran, overlooking the beautiful National Marine Park. Sit back and soak up the sun or take the plunge and discover the underwater treasures of the Red Sea.

Just had 2 weeks here, fantastic hotel. the staff were great, nothing was too much trouble.Our only gripe was the fact you had to stand in line at 7.15 am to get a sunbed around the pool. We later learned we should have tipped the pool boys at the start... more on this review
