Room really large and comfortable but a bit tired. This hotel is I believe decorating blocks of rooms. This hotel should be very proud of their staff who go to the extra mile to make guests feel well looked after and always have a smile on their face. Fantastic pools, especially the salt pool which is great fun. Entertainment during the day very low key. Snorkeling is great and the jetty is always manned by a lifeguard. The time we stayed was unfortunately very windy and couldn't go into the sea for a few days. All restaurants served amazing food and service again brilliant .. Entertainment during the evening was not good but to be fair the artists didn't really have a great stage or place to entertain; pool bar or in the lobby. Evenings were a bit boring. We were very wary going out of the hotel as we didnt feel safe outside the hotel. If i could describe the resort of Hurghada I would say "deserted". There were a lot of hotels unfinished and the place seemed deserted. Its such a shame as the hotels are superb and beach is great and the snorkeling is amazing.More
The best hotel in the Red Sea (Le Reve)
We visited this hotel in February 2017 and have to say we had one of our best holidays ever. It has to be the best all inclusive holiday we have ever experienced in our 24 years of travel. The colleagues from the hotel, reception, pool side, spa and restaurants were amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. We upgraded our room and it was superb, huge bed, double jacuzzi and load of room. We enjoyed it so much I have influenced 2 of my colleagues to visit in August this year and we are going back in September 2017 with 4 of our friends....... Cant wait to visit again....More
Another awesome holiday courtesy of the lovely people at Premier Le Reve
This was our third visit to Premier le Reve and once again we were welcomed back like old friends. From the moment we walked into reception we felt right at home and once again the staff did everything they could and more to ensure we had a fabulous holiday. Carlos and Malud provided outstanding service by the pool bar, and Abdul Rahman was an absolute star in the lobby bar, serving our pre-dinner drinks every night with good humour and many "English witticisms"! We love our food and were spoilt for choice, although Ossiana and the fish restaurant remain our favourites - mainly due to the truly exceptional service from the waiters and chefs who go above and beyond to make every meal fabulous. So huge thanks to all the staff at Ossiana, Ahmed ("the boss"), Ahmed Maowad, our lovely waiter who always greeted us with a huge smile, Samir ("the newbie"), and Omar, Ahmed (the master of the "reveal") and Shabban. And of course, the amazing chefs. We really couldn't have asked for more from you all. Also the lovely Soltan - we were sad that he had moved from Ossiana to the Italian, but he did us proud on the night we went, his attention to detail to make sure we had a great night was a highlight of the holiday. We were also impressed once again with the managers and how often they came to ask how we were and whether everything was OK. They truly have customer service at the very top of their priorities. Thanks also to Adil our room cleaner - our room was lovely everyday and he found us a bedside table almost instantly when we asked. So we will be back, because of the people who make this hotel truly feel like a second home, Take care all until we see you again.More
The best just gets better and better.
This was our second visit to Senismar Premier Le Reve. We have previously visited in July 2016, and chose to return in April 2017 to celebrate my wife's birthday. As regular visitors to Egypt this is by far the best Egyptian hotel we have stayed in. As returning guests, we were welcomed back like friends as we walked into the hotel. Throughout the hotel staff from all departments remembered us and welcomed us back. We were even given the same room we stayed in last time. In my opinion it is these personal touches that makes the Sensimar Premier Le Reve a special, and is something that I have never experienced at any other hotel I have stayed at. A special mention has to goto one of the hotel managers Mr Fouquet. Ive never known a manager at a hotel anywhere to take guest satisfaction so seriously. He works tirelessly walking around to the hotel checking everyone is happy. He greets all guests as they arrive, and speaks to all of them, checking that they had a good stay when the depart. Its also not just a front as is the case in some hotels. A fellow guest we met at the hotel had a minor problem with their room. After mentioning this to Mr Fouquet within no time at all there was a team of staff moving them to another room. The guest relations manager, Olia, is also always on hand to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The drinks service around pool was amazing. Us Brits are creatures of habit, so we choose to sit in the same area of the the pool as we did back in July 2016 and found that the same Pool Waiter, Adam, was still looking after guests in this area. We were welcomed back by Adam with a big smile who even remembered our names. I have so say Adam is a star. He literally treated us like royalty. I don't think I ever needed to go and get a drink once. In fact I struggled at times to drink at the rate they were being delivered. Once again he standard of the food in the in the main restaurant was good and much better than I have experienced elsewhere in Egypt, with a good varied selection available for all meals to satisfy everyones tastes. As were were at the hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, we paid for the romantic candle lit dinner on the beach on the night of her birthday. On the evening in question we were told to meet the catering manager at the main reception, who walked us down to the beach, where you are introduced to your personal waiter for the evening and show to your table on the waters wedge (see photo). You can select a menu from any of the a la carte at the hotel. You waiter takes your order and looks after your every need for the duration of the dinner. It is an extra on top of what you pay for the all inclusive, but is a must if you are their celebrating a special occasion. If you are looking for somewhere with guaranteed sunshine, great rooms, good food, spotless clean grounds, with faultless service, then this is the place to go. I have just booked our 3rd return visit here for September 2017.More

My second amazing visit and counting...
It was my second visit and it is still amazing. We went for our 1st anniversary on September. The room was overlooking the pool with nice balcony. Room facilities were convenient with widest bed ever, and bathroom amenities were replenished on daily basis. This visit we tried the Italian restaurant and it was great the best risotto I have ever tasted. We loved pool bar cocktails that were made to our taste. Gala dinner on Thursday was exceptional with huge varieties. Last but not least what really makes this hotel a paradise is the Staff they go beyond your expectations. Special thanks to Olia from guest relations she assisted me with everything, she is my angel there :) Mr. Ibrahim Food and Beverage manager and Emad from main restaurant. All pool bar guys, and Mr. Salah from swimming pool team. Finally Mr. Fouquet who is always there for everyone. Thank you PLR team you make us loyal guests. Will be back soon.More
