Had another fabulous stay Feb/March. Weather was excellent. Staff were as amazing as ever they never stop nothing is ever too much trouble. Special thanks to Ali our room not,Mohammed in The restaurant, Mahmoud,Abdul,Adam,Melad for his excellent service by The pool,Nasser who kept the toilets spotless clean in fact all staff need a pat on the back. The only complaint I have this time is that you needed to be up by 7.30 to get a decent sunbed by the pool. Some people were tipping pool attendants to reserve beds this should not be allowed especially when people weren't turning up until nearly lunch time this needs to be addressed. Everything else was perfect and we look forward to returning in August.More
Everything about this hotel is top notch from the friendly and helpful staff to the food and ambience. Firstly at no time did we ever feel unsafe or not secure. People need to start going back to Egypt. Thus hotel is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. You feel pampered but not pressured. The food is great with lots of choices and several so la carte options. Several well kept Pools and always lots of sun beds free. The rooms are lovely all with some sort of sea view. Definitely take an organised trip we did the day to Mahmya island through TUI and it was fabulous. This is a perfect winter sun break and the weather was great all week if a little breezy sometimes but that took off the heat of the day. Would recommend highly and again the staff and people are warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Try it and enjoy Egypt.More
Fabulous Service, Friendly, Super Holiday
Great value for money Good idea to have a picture of your passport on your smartphone so you can complete your landing card without having to get your passports out. Also it's $25 USD per person for a one use visa, also applies to children, avoid the Thomson rep visa desks as they charge approx £5 more each! Lovely hotel and great rooms where all inclusive really means all inclusive. They don't whimper on handing out drinks in small measures at all. You don't even have to ask sometimes, as the staff get to know what you have and bring it without you having to ask. From arrival, the check in was smooth and efficient, cases are brought to your room promptly, excellent wifi throughout, English tv channels, kettle tea and coffee, mini bar with cans and juices all non alcoholic. Two small bottles of wine in your room in arrival and fruit and around 10 bottles of water replenished daily. Dressing gowns and slippers, free electronic room safe and loads of big bathroom towels. Two double queen size beds pushed together and independent room air con, hair dryer in bathroom, separate walk in shower and shower a both bath aswel. Good pressure hot water. Shops and pharmacy on site. The rooms are big and spacious, see my photographs of the mini bar and complimentary shower gels ect. Large towels and very comfy sunloungers that you don't have to fight over, large bed type sunloungers and great waiter service even on the beach. I would add a 'DO NOT DISTURB' signs that other hotels I have been to would be a good idea, these signs are an option when you collect your towel and can be hung on your sun umbrella or sun loungers to keep spa and trip sellers from mythering you, the signs would be a good idea as an option for the hotel to consider because some people did feel harassed by the constant myther and could be put off from possibly returning? The weather was fabulous as was the great variety of food. Restaurant service was again first class. I have to thank all the staff and management who are very visible to ensure your stay is as perfect as possible. Mr Salah from the beach, Mr Solton Gohmal from the pool snack bar, Abdol from the pool towel stand, Hanny from the spa. I additionally wish to thank our room cleaner 'Mohammed Meawad' who takes pride in his job and always pleasant and kept our room stocked and clean. The loby bar waiters Hussien Mohammed,,Ashraff and Shaddy, they would see you enter the bar, make your drink and hardly ever let your glass go dry, thank you gentleman for your wonderful friendliness and service, you are a credit to the hotel. Similarly the Long Bar upstairs on the 4th floor Mahmoud and Hazaim thank you very much. Last but by not any less Carlos and Ashram from the pool area. These guys will keep you suitably topped up with your favourite liquid from your arrival at the pool to your departure, amazing and genuine sincere friendlyness from the wonderful Egyptian staff, you are all a credit to your nation, family's and give the hotel the reputation it deserves. See my photographs of the hotel information, we did visit the Italian restaurant, you can have 1 visit to 3 a la cate places. The Italian was absolutely lovely, the lamb chops were to die for. You will have trouble closing your trousers at the end, breakfast chef Mostofa will ensure that as he starts your food day off. Soups, mains and sweets oh my god so much choice and forget your diet. Hurghada airport is a long slow process so be warned. There are the usual food outlets including a burger king. Duty free cigarettes are cheaper than the aeroplane and uk airports, EG $48 USA dollars for 400 Lamberts and Butler cigarettes. I also saw signs for the CIP VIP lounge but didn't go in because but the time you get through all the security checks and complete a exit leaving card after checkin which you then hand to the police passport control it's virtually time to go to the departure gates.More

Another fabulous 2 weeks at this amazing hotel, we have been back here 4 years running, and can honestly say, we have enjoyed every stay, the staff are amazing, how they do it I don't know but they all remember your names, from year to year, and whether its your first visit or your 4th you are treated with the same curtesy and warmth by every one from gardeners and cleaners right up to the general Manager, who you see every day, as he walks round chatting to guests and checking that all is ok with your stay, I have to say an extra special thank you to Mohamid Gambol, Nasser, Achmed, Carlos, ashram,Melas, Honey Adam and last but not least Abdul, who we saw most of but went that little extra mile and made us laugh on a daily basis. We love this hotel so much we are thinking of going back in October. More
This was our 1st time in this hotel & it won't be the last, within one day we felt at home. We were welcomed & given our room number this caused the only problem we had room 2420 which is not on signs as we left the lift. Our room was a jacuzzi extra large room very comfy and a good view. The buffet was the best we have seen, also all the Ala carte restaurants were good. We enjoyed watching the show cooking in the Japanese & the food was delicious. We went to the gala night where the choice of food was excellent, Played boules on the beach with Kevin or Mando from the entertainment team. Around the pool we were looked after really well by Melad plenty of drinks bought to use & fruit every day at noon. The upper pool was served by Carlos who always had a friendly hi. Each morning Sherif came around the pool & cleaned our glasses John kept him busy as his were always mucky. In the beach restaurant we were served drinks by Ahmed & Soltan always with a smile. Shady who serves in the VIP lounge & the long bar was pleasant to meet. The entertainment some nights was very good. We met lots of people there all very happy. The gardens are kept well. More
