How to read this graph
This graph shows the score of both teams over time. Each jump upwards indicates when points were scored. The overall shape of the graph (and the gap between the two teams) shows you how the game was played out over the four quarters – when it was close, when teams opened up a lead, and when the other closed the gap. Was it a closely fought battle? Or did one team run away with it early? Was the game decided in a short period of time? Did anyone score a crucial touchdown just before half time?
