Have booked ThomsonMajesty a junior suite for my daughter so I law and myself on deck 9,also an outside plus cabin on deck 4 for my granddaughter and friend we initially booked deck 8/9 but could not get an outside upgrade so had to take 4 I enquired if there was any obstruction i.e. Lifeboats but have been told none.
Reading reviews about some areas and delibated carpet and bedding I sincerely hope cabin 477 will be 100 %ok
I hope we have no obstructions at Junior suite having paid a very high cost for this cruise and stay holiday.
I have been on about 6 previous Thomson cruises years back and not read or experienced any of the reviews that are about regarding the Majesty.
I would greatly appreciate if Thomson would look into my fears and disappointment and make sure all will be ok
    In July 11 from Majorca
Looking forward to hearing from u total of 5 booked

Hi Sylvia, We do throughout the year continually review the quality and standards of all our accommodation and if any problems were reported with our hotels then our Resort and UK Quality Teams would work closely with the hotel and implement any recommended processes to improve the overall quality. We monitor the results of our Customer Service Questionnaires, the facilities and performance of all hotels on a regular basis.

Although we appreciate negative reports on review sites can be concerning, it’s good to remember that these reviews are subjective and what may be one person’s perfect holiday, may not be to someone else.

If you would like us to check the cabin numbers you have booked, please email cares@thomson.co.uk with further details and your reference ^Jodie

We have just returned from canary cruise .we went to morroco market we used a taxi it cost 10 euros each way Not that exciting very large.we changed euros to get drinks and they gave us change in local currency . I don’t think you can change back local currency so only use small nominal notes never went on organised trips. There were armed police patrolling when we arrived in town . Drivers are mad, watch how you cross over roads
