I know this is an old post, but im currently looking online to plan our honeymoon in adcance for just a week after our wedding and i cant seem to find any benifits and its really hard because it will say ‘special offers’ honeymooners recieve this and that’ yet if i was to book online there is no way of me noting that i am on a honeymoon and no way for you to gaurentee me any honeymoon extras? instead id have to go to a branch to way 10% more then what i’d have had to do online!!!

We are having 1 holidays with you this year, and i’ve always been on Thomson or thomas cook holidays since i was a baby! But in terms of a honeymoon you dont make it very straight forward unfortunately!

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having issues with this.
We’re able to add a honeymoon request to your booking once you’ve booked your holiday, however this cannot be guaranteed as this would depend on the hotel itself and their availability.

I can’t seem to find ANY benefits when booking my Honeymoon with Thomsons. After being Wed in Mexico( April 2012), and taking 20 guests on Thomson packages ( totaling circa £30k), we decided to book our Honeymoon over Xmas.
During booking, we explained that we were Honeymooning after a Thomsons wedding, and even booked the same brand of hotel, in the same area we got married.
And what were we offered as a bonus/incentive ?? Nada. Nothing. But you DID try to get more money by having be pre-book 2 seats together……
Where has brand loyalty gone? Any benefit in Hotel is offered outwith Thomsons, and is null and void after 60 days of being wed.
Kinda starting to wish i had booked with a different company to be honest, and i’ve yet to leave the country !
Hi Warren, I’m sorry to hear you‘re disappointed that you’re unable to get any Honeymoon benefits. Our Honeymoon offers are subject to travelling within 60 days of your wedding date. If you can send me your reference number I can put a note on your booking advising the hotel it is your Honeymoon and they may be able to offer you something when you arrive, however this will be a request and can’t be guaranteed.
To be honest – any honeymoon benefit would now be offered by Karisma, and i’ve had to deal with that myself.
I’ll be happy to find a bottle of champagne on the flight with my name on it though.

this website isnt the easiest to use, i have struggled to find many honeymoon destinations that arent in Europe and im still looking now, would be nice if there was a tab for it to of been easier to find as even in the seach engine it comes up with weddings, not the best choice, might go to thomas cook.
